Steps from the beach, Surfhouse, cafes & just a few doors down from the newly renovated Beaches Hotel, it features sunlit open-plan living, a modern Caesarstone kitchen, and a deck with bi-fold doors. Perfect for relaxing, spotting dolphins, or catching the morning surf. Comfort, convenience, and the ultimate beach lifestyle all in one place!
The space
- Steps from Newcastle's trendy Merewether Beach (lifeguard patrolled Oct - April).
- Right by Blue Door Cafe and The Beach Hotel, Merewether Surfhouse & Merewether Ocean Baths.
- Two minute drive to Anzac Memorial Walk, two minute drive to Hickson Street Lookout.
- 1km to IGA Merewether supermarket.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Air-conditioning is available in the living room & ceiling fans are available in the bedrooms.
- Free parking is available in the carport beneath the balcony. Please note that the space is not enclosed. The bay is long but narrow (2 m x 7 m), so neighbouring cars typically park fully forward or fully back to maximise room for opening doors. Very wide vehicles may not fit comfortably. Additional free street parking is available directly opposite the apartment.
- Porta-cot available on request at $10 per night or $40 per stay, whichever is less. Cot mattress protector & fitted sheet provided. 105cm (L) x 76cm (H) x 79cm (W)
- Due to the vibrant location, increased activity can be expected on weekend evenings due to local venues opening late.
