The apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood near the beach, just three blocks away and easily accessible by walking. You’ll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re here to explore the beach or the nearby attractions, everything you need is just a short stroll away.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is CUN (Cancún International Airport), located about 30 miles away. Travel time to the property can vary depending on traffic, but it typically takes around 45 minutes by car. The property offers free street parking, or you can use the shared parking area inside the building. Public transportation options are easily accessible, and the beach is just a short walk away.

*There are ongoing maintenance works in the apartment next door, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. While we do our best to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, you may experience some noise during these hours. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any concerns throughout your stay.

*Please note the washer and dryer are out of service until further notice.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets and any kind of animal are not allowed.
