GOLFSCAPE is a one story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3064 sq ft, East Mesa home on a large lot with fabulous views of the Painted Mountain Golf Course! Resort amenities to entice you and make your stay fun include a pool with optional heat, putting green, covered patio with outdoor dining furniture, fire pit, gas grill and corn hole. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F.

The inside floor plan is an open concept with a sitting area in the game room, a completely stocked kitchen with counter seating and spacious dining area. All windows have impressive views of the backyard and golf course. Wifi is complimentary.

Gather in the game room to view the large smart TV or play pool. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prep and serve healthy, home-cooked meals. Keurig and drip coffee machines are supplied. The dining area has table seating for 10. Highchairs are available to rent. The 2 fireplaces are for ornamentation only.

~ DREAM of the PERFECT SHOT ~
The bedroom floor plan is split with 2 primary suites and ALL bedrooms have TVs. Both east and west primary suites have king beds, smart TVs and stunning en suite baths with walk-in showers and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are provided. The east primary bathroom also has a soaking tub.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed; Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share Bathroom 3 with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks.

The laundry room is stocked with a family size washer and dryer and laundry detergent. There is garage parking for 2 cars and driveway spaces for 2 additional vehicles. Ask about early check-in/late check-out which may be options.

Mesa is a mecca for golfers, hikers and bikers. There are many top ranked fairways a short drive from our home. Usery Mountain Regional Park offers trails of all levels for hikers, bikers and horseback riders. The iconic Superstition Mountains offer scenic overlooks as well as appealing walks for the beginner to experienced desert hiker.

The community is close to restaurants, shopping, water sports and museums. Spring training, the Cubs at Sloane Park, Mesa Market Swap Meet, Mesa Arts Center and tubing or kayaking on the Salt River are favorite activities. The modern highway makes it easy to visit Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and beyond.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. Some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

All TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
