House was just as described. It was very clean and fully stocked with lots of little amenities you wouldn’t expect. The host really gives the extra effort to make his guests comfortable. His communication was great. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and clubhouse which was very close to the property. Would stay again.

Home Base for extended family event

This was a great place to stay! The arcade games were fun for my grandkids and the pool area made up for a change of plans (SunSplash didn’t end up working out with the schedule of our day). The owner was always very quick to respond to my texts. The location is ideal, being so close to the 60.

The condo was very nice and roomy. Parking was a bit of an issue with not many spaces for “visitors “. We found the stairs to be difficult for an elderly person, even the granddaughter made a comment that they would be hard for young people after a couple of days. Bed was hard but husband liked it.

Our family of 8 stayed at this spot for 7 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The place was very spacious and relaxing. My kids loved the classic arcade games. We played with some of the board games in the tv stand, we played the guitar hanging in the upstairs hallway and we watched some movies on the smart tvs. We used the clubhouse, gym, heated pool and hot tubs every day. The barbecue, kitchen, coffee maker and laundry were all in good working order.Parking in the double garage was not an issue at all. (We only had 1 vehicle.)I had to contact the host a couple of times for minor concerns and he replied quite quickly and dealt with issues in a very reasonable timeframe.Our only issue of note was that the double bed in the master bedroom was not overly comfortable. Not terrible, but not great.Overall, very close to 5-stars and a reasonable price.Steve

Great spot, great host

The house comfortably held two families of 5. Plenty of space and the garage easily held a large truck and a Tahoe. The hist reached out mid trip to make sure Ebro was going well with the stay. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking to stay in the area.

The owner doubled booked the property! He charged my credit card, and booked another family. To which was a great inconvenience… due to the money that was allocated for lodging - the owner charged towards the rental! My family and I had to stay at the Hilton hotel

Parking should be identified in listing as it was a was extremely limited, especially for larger vehicles. Address info is a bit confusing as was listing. It was identified as a farmhouse but was really more a condo or townhouse. Otherwise, conveniently located to freeway although not in the nicest part or town, the gated community was beautiful, host was quick to respond, beds were comfy, plenty of room, and house was relatively clean. Suggest maybe including information on amenities (like club house access) and pool towels for future renter convenience.

Fun stay for a weekend of travel ball

The rental was exactly as described. We shared the space with another family from our team and had plenty of room. Everything was clean, the complex was quiet, and the amenities including the pool and spa were great. The location was convenient, with close freeway access. We also appreciated the coffee supplies, basic toiletries, and the Miyazaki art! A great stay overall!

This townhouse property is delightful! What makes it exceptional is (1) full size shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and towels. These conveniences make an away from home stay so easy and comfortable. (2) quiet neighborhood and wonderful amenities. My teenage athlete son used the pools, hot tub, fitness room, and rec room and always had things to do with his teammate. It was just the right amount of recreational activity for high level athletes who were in the area for competition. (3) M was wonderfully communicative and responsive to all questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. And finally (4) check out process was straightforward and simple. Very easy to check out but so hard to leave such a wonderful place. Thank you so much for a comfortable, relaxing, easy first time stay in Arizona! Definitely would return again!

Highly recommend! Great condo, great experience

Host is very responsive and professional. Condo is spacious, high ceilings, and location is gated and convenient. Parking is in the garage only, but it's a large 2 car which fit our sedan and Grand Cherokee just fine. Gym is great, enter from the small door on the east side. Our vacation stay couldn't have been better. Thanks Matthew!

Golf Trip

Very modern clean property with lots of amenities and features to choose from. Host was very accommodating. One thing I would suggest would be to have a printed paper or binder with instructions for where and how to use the key FOB that gets you into the gym/pool area. Also instructions for cleaning the place and other things you’d like guests to do before leaving. Overall very nice place

Efficient space for a group

I stayed in this home with two other families, 5 adults, three teen boys and 2 preteen boys. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone, the living space was very spacious, there were board games and video games the kids really enjoyed playing. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The house was very clean and in great shape. There is a two car garage with plenty of space, but parking on the street may require some patience. There are plenty of fast food options close by, as well as grocery stores. Overall, the house was great and we had plenty of room to accommodate our group.

Arizona vacation

Overall the place was good. I was disappointed with the lack of kitchen utensils and no small glasses for kids. Floor was very dirty and hard to keep clean. Bathroom with tub shower- above the tub surround was extremely dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. Pool heater was broken on arrival and didn’t heat up for 4 days. Did enjoy the toys for kids

midwest family getaway

We had family coming into town from the midwest. We are building a home and didn't have a place for them all to stay so got a vrbo. This home was perfect because it had all the amenities for the age ranges that were in our party!The only reason the property didn't get an excellent rating was we had our son, daughter in law and new baby come by for dinner 1 night. They parked in the parking spot that we were instructed we could park in. they were only at the location for 2hrs and when they went to leave their vehicle had been towed by security. Security SHOULD have contacted the homeowner, mgr of the property that particular space was leased to; and verify that the vehicle parked there was valid to be there. It cost us more than just the tow charge, it was the time and trouble AND an infant that needed to be fed!!
