**Important Notice – Elevator Modernization Project-The elevator modernization project at the RGB-Dunes building is estimated to begin on December 15, 2025, and will be completed in phases. During the first 13-week timeframe, Elevator #2 will be out of service.



Impacts during this phase include:

• The double glass doors on the west side of the building will be closed.

• Elevator #1 will be the only operational elevator.

• Project staging will occur in the west parking area of the indoor pool.

• A roll-off dumpster will be placed in the indoor pool parking area for the elevator crew’s use only.



Gulf Shores Plantation Dunes 5113 is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the 1st floor. This beautifully decorated retreat offers a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere, with uncrowded beaches, stunning sunsets, and rich local history, all set amid the natural beauty of the Gulf and Mobile Bay.



Please note: Sassy Bass Island Grill will be closed during the offseason.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, and there are two barstools for additional seating.



• Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the bottom floor of the complex.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping accommodations.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom features two twin-size beds.



• Enjoy seamless arrival and departure with keyless entry, eliminating long check-in or check-out lines.



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. Parking passes are $35 each and must be purchased and registered through Eventbrite prior to arrival.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
