Family fun beach getaway.
Beautifully decorated 1st floor condo with updated furnishings & coastal décor. Just a few minutes walk to the white sandy beaches. Ideally located just 1 block to the beach and Little Lagoon. FREE Reserved parking, newer in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart TVs in both bedrooms & living room, & Wi-Fi provide all the comforts of home for your sunny getaway. Spaciously open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather in the connected kitchen, living, and dining area. Outside space includes a year-round pool and grilling area. Relaxation comes easy in this family-friendly condo complex with only 14 units total. No need to wait for elevators as the condo is just 5 steps up to get in.

The Space

Spacious 2 bd /2 ba condo with an open floor plan which intermingles the kitchen, dining, and living area.

Check-in/out: Self check-in

*Smart TVs in Bedrooms and Living Room offer streaming services via your login service. Basic cable is also provided.

*Meal Seating: For 8 (6 at the dining room table and 2 at the breakfast Bar)

*Sleeping arrangements: Main bedroom w/ king bed, Guest bedroom w/ 2 full beds, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in the living room, and foldout ottoman to sleep 5-6 comfortably with a max of 7.

*Kitchen appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemaker (pod and drip), refrigerator & freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates to make meals a breeze.

*Laundry: Newer Stacked washer and dryer.
We provide a starter pack for items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper to make sure you don't have to run to the store right after your travel. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*Parking: FREE Up to 2 vehicles in lot-1 assigned spot included with 7 first come first serve spots at the condo.

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Main suite with a large make-up area and bathroom.

*The Condo complex:14 condo units with 7 on each of 2 floors. Just 5 steps up to this first floor condo. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach with beach access via 10th st.

The property was great! It’s an older complex but the unit had been renovated. Very clean and nice furnishing. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with - would stay here again!

Family Get Together in Gulf Shores

Nice clean well equipped condo. Great location close to the beach on a quiet side street. Supplies for the kitchen, washer/dryer and baths for the full week not just a day or two like most places. Will definitely try to book this condo for any future trips.

Awesome stay!

Our family stayed in this condo for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was as listed and in great condition. There wasn't much if anything that has not been thought of that you would need. The condo is fully supplied and even includes beach equipment to use. It is an easy, short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for PG baseball tournaments

We loved staying here, it was beyond well stocked. All the little touches like laundry detergent, trash bags, tons of towels, easy check in. We were 15 minutes from the ballpark and walking distance to the beach. It was easy to fit our whole family in and the hosts were attentive and kind. Highly recommend!

Close but not close enough!

Very clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, comfortable layout, plenty of room, convenient to beach, though I wished we were on it. Would have loved a deck overlooking lagoon at least. Didn't realize we were between the lagoon and gulf and that there were so many neighbors so close.

Family Vacation

The property suited our family very well. The living room offered plenty of seating with a nice tv. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwashing pods, laundry detergent for laundry, and trash bags. Our favorite part was the beach wagon, lounge chairs, sand mats, and football, and ice chest. Using the wagon and complimentary beach stuff allowed us to tote our stuff back and forth without having to load all of those things for our trip. We really enjoyed the unit.

Great place to stay! Pool is NOT private, and about 7 minute walk to beach.

We had an amazing experience at this condo! Everything was very clean, check in was a breeze, host were amazing! There were beach chairs, blankets for beach, sand toys for the kids, a wagon that was easy to load everything in and pull to beach, and a cooler! Saves you the money and hassle of having to bring/buy! The only “cons” I have is it’s somewhat misleading that pool is private, it’s communal for all that are staying in those condos. It is not ON the beach, it’s about a seven minute walk and you have to cross the main road. * The walk is not difficult though and could be my own fault for not specifying with the host about the condo being ON the beach and the private pool - so I don’t blame the host! *

Baseball tourney

We were in Gulf Shores for a baseball tournament. This rental was perfect. Easy access to ball fields used during tournament. During down time, the family and I would walk to the beach, which was a 5 minute walk. The condo is located on a quiet street which we enjoyed walking each morning and evening. All eateries and ice cream :) were an easy walk also. Breakfast was the main meal we cooked each day. Everything needed for preparation was available. Basic spices and all the utensils and dishes were there. Made things so easy! Weather was not great during our stay so we didn't get to use all the beach stuff but chairs, toys, towels were provided. I definitely recommend this rental! We were comfortable and had no complaints.

Great experience!

My family and I spent the week in gulf shores. It was more than we expected for our first time. Scott was accommodating, responsive to messages and questions. If he didn’t have an answer, he found it! The condo was quiet and set back, however was a quick walk to the beach. The condo was well furnished and we had pretty much everything we needed, and all the little things you don’t think you need.

We loved this condo! Not too big and busy and not too far from the beach! It has a nice central location in gulf shores with walking distance to The Beachhouse restaurant! The condo had everything we needed and then some! It was nice to have a few spices and some oil in the cabinet along with coffee filters and trash bags. The countertop ice maker was great as well!

My family of 5 loves to travel to new and fun places and have been doing so for some time. We recently have been offering others the opportunity to do just that with our 2 Beach Condos- The Coastal Coconut and The Castaway Coconut in Gulf Shores AL. Since we love to travel with family and friends and know there are many out there that share this same passion; we have these 2 condos only a couple of doors away from each other. More friends and family equals more memories to cherish.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our condos are located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores. This area has all of the beautiful beaches, but less of the crowds. We also do not enjoy waiting for elevators which is why ours are on the first floor just 5 steps up to get in. With only 14 units total in the condo complex it is never busy and we can enjoy the peace without the crowds.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The condo is perfect for vacationers like us that want to be close to all of the action, but not too close. This condo is a great mixture of that, and that's why we visit here every year. The beach takes 4 minutes to walk to. There is a restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience store right around the corner for the days you don't want to drive at all. On the days you do want to hit the downtown hustle and bustle it's just a quick drive to get to (or a long walk for those fit folks). The condominium also only has 14 units total so it is never too crowded during high season, and there may be times in the slow season that you and your party have most of the place to yourselves.
