The Space:
This bright, modern studio is perched on the top floor, offering ultimate privacy and sweeping views from your private balcony. Recently renovated with contemporary finishes, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a comfortable queen-size bed, smart layout, and free Wi-Fi.
Laundry facilities are located just steps away on the same level, making longer stays convenient. Whether you’re here to explore Bondi’s iconic surf culture or simply relax in a stylish, well-located space—this studio delivers both comfort and location.
**Please note there is no access to the rooftop - Construction on going duration of this is 20 weeks. (2nd of June, 2025) Demolition work is scheduled 26th May until end of February 2026.
Guest Access:
The laundry facility (washer and dryer) is a shared laundry facility. $3 per wash or dry.
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. The pool is one floor up stairs and shared. (not available until Feb 2026) The laundry room in on the same floor.

Located right on vibrant Bondi Road, you’re a short stroll to Bondi Beach and just minutes from Westfield Bondi Junction for shopping, dining, and transport links. Right downstairs you’ll find everything you need: a bottle shop, artisan bakery, grocery store, post office, fruit market, and an array of popular cafes and casual eateries—literally within a one-minute walk.
Getting Around:
Public transport is right outside your door with buses heading to Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, and the Sydney CBD. Bondi Junction Station is a 15-minute walk or short bus ride away, offering quick train access to the city and airport. Prefer to walk? You’re perfectly placed between the beach and the city’s eastern suburbs.

* **About This Property:** Please remember that this is a private apartment specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.
* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
