New For 2025! Welcome to Ocean Castle 202-located ocean block on 137th Street featuring an outdoor pool. (Seasonal). Accommodating up to 10 guests, everyone will enjoy making memories in this well-maintained, beachy vibe 3 bedrooms, 2 Bath condo offering the comforts of home and lots of space. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an automatic drip coffee maker. The kitchen area opens up to the dining & living areas. The living room features a TV, queen sleep sofa, ceiling fan, fireplace, and sliders to side balcony with partial views of the ocean. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and sliders to side balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The master suit includes a double vanity sink, jetted soaking tub and a stand-alone glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 full beds, tv, and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. For your added convenience, the owner provides a washer, a dryer, wifi and internet. 2 Parking spots are included. (Parking clearance is 6ft 10inches). This property rents Saturday to Saturday during prime season, and any 3 nights in the off season. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. The building does have an elevator. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed.
