CAR PARKING:
There is no car parking exclusive to the property, however if you need a place to park there are plenty of options available:
- 60-minute limited street parking is available (Note: the street parking is not exclusive to the home and is subject to availability at the time of arrival).
- The Crossing Carpark: this multi-level covered, sealed and secure parking building is right in the middle of town and only a short walk away. The maximum charge for any one day is $15 (or $6 if you enter the building after 4:30pm and exit before 6:00am the following day). This is our recommended option for secure overnight car parking.
- Wilsons Parking: there are two Wilsons car parks on either end of the street, both a 2 minute walk away. The daily charge for using these car parks is approximately $18 - $20. These car parks are unsealed and uncovered.
The pricing mentioned above is subject to the parking operator's pricing at the time of your booking. There are also plenty of other parking options around, if these options don’t meet your requirements or if we can help further, just let us know!
⏳ Early Check-in & Late Check-out
We can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional $10 per hour (max 2 hours). This covers express cleaning to ensure a seamless experience.
Availability is subject to request, so please let us know in advance!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
