Welcome to Sweet Retreat, a peaceful haven tucked away in the charming town of Harwich on Cape Cod. From the moment you step onto the property, you'll feel a calming shift. The kind that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor every moment with the ones you love.
This unique estate features two separate buildings, making it the perfect choice for larger families or groups seeking both shared experiences and private space. Just 1.5 miles from the beach, Sweet Retreat blends traditional Cape charm with thoughtful amenities designed for comfort and connecting with your loved ones.
Main House:
Enter the main house through a bright hallway that leads into a warm and welcoming living room, ideal for gathering after a day at the shore. Just around the corner, a cozy sitting area invites quiet moments with a good book, or bring along your favorite board games and enjoy quality time reconnecting with loved ones. To the left, a fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area where guests can enjoy meals together and build lasting memories. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience in the kitchen closet.
As you walk down the hallway, the first-level bathroom awaits to your right, while the staircase to the left leads you to the upstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms were crafted for restful nights and comfort after a day of Cape Cod indulgence.
* Please note: The bedrooms in the main house are located upstairs, and the staircase is steep with narrow steps, which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Cottage:

The cottage features a comfortable living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa and a well-appointed kitchenette, perfect for light bites and casual mornings. For added convenience, a full bathroom is also located on this level.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.
