Bienvenido a Pleasant Street Cottage! Cl��sico Cape Cod Alquiler de vacaciones Inicio. ¡A solo una cuadra de todo lo que Harwich Port tiene para ofrecer!

Casa clásica informal de 3 dormitorios y 1 baño con wifi gratis en un vecindario establecido y pintoresco. El amplio patio es perfecto para croquet y badminton. ¡A solo 1/2 milla a pie de la playa de Bank Street!

El primer piso de la casa ofrece una sala de estar, cocina y un comedor separado con capacidad para 8. También se encuentra en este piso un baño completo con ducha, una pequeña guarida con TV y cama individual, un porche con mosquitero y el dormitorio n. ° 1 con una cama completa.

Tenga en cuenta que las escaleras empinadas pueden ser un desafío para los niños pequeños o mayores. En la parte superior del segundo piso hay un rellano abierto con una cama doble. Hay otros 2 dormitorios en este piso también. El dormitorio 2 ofrece una nueva cama King y el dormitorio 3 tiene 2 gemelos.

Perfect House

This house is great for families. The location is perfect being about a half mile from the beach and even shorter distance from town. The screened in front porch and open back porch provide great gathering areas.

Quintessential Cape House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It has a great front porch and nice deck in the back. There is a large yard. Good outdoor shower. The house is generally updated yet maintains Cape Cod charm. The proximity to town is excellent. It is walkable to the beach however with young kids, we decided to purchase parking passes and drive our gear down. We vacation in Harwich Port every year and plan to return to the house next season.

The perfect wedding weekend

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in! Great location, clean, filled with ammenities, really cannot say enough good things. Outdoor shower was a huge hit! Awesome yard to grill and play games.

great location

We have stayed in Harwichport before and this was a great place to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Comfortably fit us all and AC was nice to have since it was a hot week. Cons would be no towels and you can't bring your dog. Otherwise I would definitely rent again.

Best place to stay in Harwichport!

This was the 2nd. yr. in a row our family has rented this cottage & plan to do so next yr. The cottage meets all our needs which can be a challenge as my 89 yr. old mother is confined to a wheelchair. I cant say enough about how spotless we always find it & love the renovations they've done. The location is great too!

Loved the porch!

We had a great time! We had an issue with a bad plug for one of the cable boxes but it was fixed on Monday. I also discovered too late that the oven did not work. I had a cake all mixed up to bake but the oven would not turn on. Unfortunately, this happened at 5:05 pm and NE Vacation Rental office had closed at 5:00. I did get a return call and was told someone would be out to fix the oven the next morning but they had to get an appliance repairman and it didn't get fixed till the day after that. But overall we had a wonderful family time! The screened porch was perfect to sit out at night! The cottage had plenty of space!

We are so glad you had a great time in spite of the oven giving out on you. The challenge with vacation rentals is that "stuff happens" as it would with your own home that there is no way of predicting. That is why we have our wonderful New England Vacation Rentals Maintenance team available for our guests 24/7 to resolve any problems. Appliances are the most challenging as when they break down-there is a waiting time for parts and repair. That can be unfortunate with you are only here for a week. We hope to have you back again.

House was very disappointing

Working with NEVR was great! They are very communicative and their info was helpful. The location was good. The outside deck was nice. The A/C units were terrific! The house itself was disappointing however. It’s an extremely old house……The living quarters in general downstairs were very tight. The upstairs bedrooms were nice but the stairway was treacherous with maximum 6” treads! Most rooms did not have closets but had clothing racks instead.. The downstairs bathroom shower was almost too small to comfortably use. The living room furnishings were old and dingy. Many the furnishings weren’t well kept nor clean. Lots of cobwebs.!. The kitchen was the most disappointing as it was not well enough equipped. We woujj on d not recommend this house for rental.

We are happy to hear working with NEVR was a great experience, and that you did find the updates of the A/C a big plus and enjoyed the deck. We however are confused on how it is unclear that this is an older Cape Style home, we do put this in the description, especially about the stairs being Old Captains stairs as a caution to all guests. Did you look at the photos that are up to date and accurate to the house? We do appreciate your feed back as it helps us to work with owners to improve the experience of the next guests. We also would have immediately sent the cleaners back if we had known about the cob webs. The kitchen was recently renovated and we have had no complaints about it not being well enough equipped, this is another area we could have assisted you in if we had known. We do pride our business on being customer service orientated and our guests needs are important to us. In the future as our guest please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns or needs.

Everything you need is right around the corner: snacks, pizza, sushi, gift shopping, beach, drinks, gas… all tucked away in a quaint, quiet neighborhood.

Lovely property

We loved the house, it’s 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2 minutes walking distance to Down town. The house was clean und updated, washer and dryer was very helpful. We loved to spend time outside on the back yard, but extra light outside will be helpful , and extra refrigerator in garage was very helpful.

38 Pleasant St. Harwichport

The house was older than I expected, but was adequate, in a great location, and very affordable. The shower, however, was extremely small. I am a small person (5’ 1”) but a taller or bigger person may not be able to fit. I do not recall a photo of the bathroom when we booked, but would recommend future renters are aware of its tiny size. It would also have been nice to have a laundry and dishwasher, but we knew the house did not have those going in.

This older "vintage" cottage is popular because of this very close proximity to downtown Harwich Port for the great restaurants and shopping, its quintessential Cape Cod Charm, the front porch. As with older homes if this period...(build in 1865)...the owners have done a great job in offering it for all to enjoy. And you cant beat the price! Best, New England Vacation Rentals

Awesome vacations

Very well situated, the house is large and beautiful. Maybe a dishwasher or a washer (and a dryer) would be a nice addition to the house. We will come bach to Harwich Port for sure.

Just what we wanted
