The slate foyer welcomes you inside this thoroughly captivating beach-themed townhome. With furnishings reminiscent of a New England beach cottage, the living room is delightfully outfitted with sea-shades of green and blue, offset by pleasing neutrals. A sleeper sofa, TV and DVD are offered, as is patio access through sliding glass doors.
Surrounded by ancient oaks, the on-site swimming pool is literally just a few steps from the patio. Also viewing the pool, the dining area seats six, and continues the beach motif as well.
Solid surface countertops and stone flooring are found in the fully-appointed kitchen with nearby washer and dryer. There is a downstairs half-bath as well.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. With fresh, white bead-board furnishings, the master features a TV, floral bedding on its king-sized bed, and a view of both the pool and lush native landscape. The bathroom houses a spacious vanity, stone flooring and a tub/shower combination.
In maritime hues of white, blue and red, the charming second bedroom features twin beds, a full-length mirror and lighthouse accessories to complete the ambiance. Its private bath provides an oversized walk-in shower.
The amenities of Harbour Town, Sea Pines Racquet Club and Harbour Town Golf Links are all just a short walk or bike ride away.
