Elegantly updated to reflect a sophisticated Lowcountry aesthetic, and enjoying stunning views of the Harbour Town Lighthouse, this second-story villa represents the ideal place for a Sea Pines vacation.
Recent renovations have opened the living spaces up, letting those postcard-perfect marina views fill the whole space. To one side, the living room sees a sectional sofa and two armchairs facing a flat-screen TV mounted on an accent wall of shiplap. To the other, the exquisite kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances amid luxurious finishes. Dining for four nearby captures mesmerizing views of the Harbour Town lighthouse, but the scenery is best enjoyed from the elevated deck just beyond a set of sliding glass doors.
When the days’ adventures are done, a trio of guest rooms offer lush comfort. In one, two twin beds face a flat-screen TV with a ceiling fan above and tall windows to the side. In the other, a queen bed anchors a space with tall windows, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. These two rooms share access to a spacious full bath with corner walk-in shower.
The master suite indulges with a king-size bed set before a flat-screen TV in a space with ceiling fan, tall windows and en suite bath with tub and shower.
