Girls Birthday Weekend

I had a lovely time at the beautiful home. The open-concept layout was great, and even though the lake levels were low due to the drought, the view was still phenomenal. The temperature was over 100⁰, so we were grateful for the effective a/c system in the house. A couple of things to note for improvement: it would have been helpful to have more bathroom towels as there was only one set, although there is a washer and dryer available. Additionally, more pots and pans in the kitchen would have been useful as the selection was limited. Overall, the house is absolutely stunning, and I would definitely rent it again.

Perfect family trip for my family

We loved the house, everyone was comfortable, it was clean, spacious. The river in the back was great for the kids to fish & kayak from even though the water level was low. Beautiful scenery, nice community. Grocery stores nearby, we drove into New Braunfels to foot the comal and was a pretty backroad drive there! We as a family loved this trip! The house also had game boards, first aid kit, flashlights, and many more things to make your stay so comfortable. Great stay and experience!

Girls trip

We booked the house for a girls weekend to float and not have to drive anywhere to enjoy the water. We were aware that levels can very do to drought but the booking may should have noted that there is no access to water instead. We did enjoy the house and location. However it would have to been helpful to have know so we could have planned accordingly. The house itself was clean and the kitchen was great!

Broken window

Window was broken. When I called the property manager to report it she said she aware. Bot sure why she didnt tell us before we checked in. Felt it was unsafe and hazardous sincce we have small children. Grass was also over grown and we could not access the lake fron the property. Had to drive to look for an area we could access the lake.

Spring break 2024

Great place! Loved the updates! Nice kitchen and beautiful master bathroom. Plenty of room. Quiet, nice neighborhood. 20-30 minute drive to everything we wanted to do and see.

Beautiful Home but Hot due to the HVAC!

I’ve waited to post a review to see if Vacasa will do what they say and they haven’t so here goes. Gorgeous home, was disappointed that the water was really accessible to float or get into, we lost a debit card so I looked under the sofa and between the cushions….to my disgust was a dead roach, empty food packaging, crumbs, hair, etc. This made me look under the beds in each room and it was the same in the master bedroom. Day one the HVAC wouldn’t cool below 79, I contacted Vacasa and they offered for us to move to another house but after unloading 7 people we chose to stay. They had a HVAC company come the next morning and say that the system was designed wrong so there was nothing they could do. I waited all day and didn’t hear from the manager so I called and texted again but didn’t hear from anyone for several hours. When the manger did contact me she offered again to move houses but it was again late at night and we were leaving the next day ask it don’t make sense to move. The manger told me she would get me a partial refund for the inconvenience but I haven’t heard anything since we checked out. I looked back on reviews and the HVAC has had issues! Gorgeous home but wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice Family Vacation

The house is very nice and clean. Only downside was that there’s not a grill or fire pit or much patio furniture. There is a large table off the kitchen with 4 chairs but 1 of them was dry rotten and torn. Other than that the place is great.
