This magnificent 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the banks of the Guadalupe River features a fenced yard with gated entrance, an enclosed elevator, a large covered back deck with a gas grill. Since this is our personal home, you will find everything you need for cooking or baking. A ping-pong table and pool table, basketball goal, corn hole, free WiFi and printer available, a fire pit down by the water. The Master offers a King sized bed and sitting area with a private door leading to the covered back porch. The master also offers blackout shades for those wanting to sleep in. The guest bedrooms also both offer king sized beds. There are 2 sofas in the living room that will allow for an 8 person stay.
House is under new ownership and many upgrades have been done; new refrigerator, new furniture, and brand new carpet as of May 2022. Kitchen is fully accessorized as if you were in your own home. We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do!!
