Repeated Guest; Love Shoreline Towers

This unit is 1051; has a great view; big spacious bedrooms with large closets, furniture in good shape,the king master room mattress was very nice and comfortable, the kitchen area was well supplied for cooking, open floor look for kitchen, dining, and living room plenty of space for us 8 people, and all floors are tile. Only a few things that need improvement the washer and dryer is too small to wash and dryer towels and other things; had to wash 3 loads just to wash towels and wash clothes each night for 8 people (took up lots of time) and the other 4 mattress in the other rooms need to replaced (very bouncy, springs that you could feel, noisy when you turn or move, just worn out not very comfortable at all, and caving toward the middle in the back room.Overall great unit!! Will stay again in this unit and hopefully better mattresses in the other rooms.

The Unit is well furnished and the lanai has a gorgeous view of the white sand beach in both directions including sunrises and sunsets. The pool was warm even on the chilliest days and the workout room and sauna are excellent. Sharon and Paige were prompt to respond to requests. We’re returning next winter!

The sun rising and setting each day was spectacular. The accommodations exceeded my expectations as this condo was a new experience for me, having been in Tower 2 for many years. The ladies in the front office are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to October 1, 2024.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place to stay, very nice balcony with a perfect view. Everything was pretty clean, nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. If I wanted to be picky, I would say they need some new cooking skillets. The only one they have is horrible, you can't really cook in it, everything sticks no matter how much oil you use, but that's very minor, we would definitely stay there again.

UNIT 1051 REVIEW - HAVE STAYED AT YOUR UNITS AT LEAST 5 TIMES IN

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented at shoreline many times before. I was very disappointed this time. I checked in the 29th of April for 7 days. It was decorated nice but the issues we had are the following: we were never told we couldn't go out on the balcony until a construction worker yelled at us that we couldn't be out there. I called the office, and she said it was supposed to be done on Saturday when we came in, but it was extended until Wednesday. I never did hear if it was clear. I paid extra for the gulf front and got 360.00 back from shoreline. Our TV's and internet went out one morning and they came and fixed them, our garbage disposable broke and had black water all over the kitchen floor and under the cabinets. The Maintenace guy came and cleaned it up and ordered a new disposable, but we could only use one side of the sink until we checked out. the floor is slanted by the sliding glass door.I love shoreline towers, but this building was not ready for any unit being rented. I hope things get corrected so we can rent in the future like the way it used to be because it is a beautiful place.

The unit was brightly decorated and CLEAN. The staff made sure our every need was met which were few. The area was quiet & well watched over by the gate keepers. The rooms spacious & washer and dryer included. Beautiful ocean views from many windows. Watched dolphins play so close.Well stocked kitchen but new stove might be nice. Very large patio well furnished with table and chairs. TV in each room. Nice...

The unit was clean well kept and I love the tile floors. the bathroom clogged up once but management unplugged it quickly and everyone could take a shower. The staff was very nice and attentive. Great Location, not so good managment

This property is in an amazing location and you can’t beat the views and ease of getting places from it. Would give it a 5 star if we wouldn’t have had such an issue with check in and the cleanliness of the unit. Check in was to start at 4:00, but we weren’t arriving until around 9:00 PM(ended up being 9:45 PM with travel delays), and our unit was not ready! After speaking with property manager, she said they were working on it and would call us when it was done, so we ventured out for some food and grocery shopping. At 11:30 PM, still no call, so we called security and he had no idea. We decided to just go see if it was done, and it appeared to be done... At first glance, we thought it was great, but they overlooked many cleaning things, but what can you do about that at midnight! Rugs were dirty, bed skirts were filthy, piles of sand on the floor, cabinets had food and drink spilled down the front of them, etc.... so after we did some cleaning, the unit was great for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The issues I would address to the owners is, that living room furniture is uncomfortable and needs changed out! Mstr bdrm mattress is showing wear, wasn't the best rest, and the spare bdrm bed mattresses need changed! My adult kids said they were hard and uncomfortable, they had to eventually move to the other spare bdrm during the week, because those mattresses were hurting their back and the other spare bdrm wasn't much better. Owners really need to address those issues, with all that rental income, I would think they could afford better quality furniture and bedding. The View was great and loved the extended balcony too. As for Shoreline Towers, the water supply has a pungent aroma when we took showers, it kinda smells like sewer or maybe sulphur type water? I could smell it on my skin. Don't remember having that water smell issue on our last stay there. We would still stay at Shoreline Towers, I think these issues could be remedied. Thanks!
