Everything was perfect! The pool was peaceful and access to the beach was direct and a very short stroll to the sand. The condo was very spacious and had a gorgeous view. The sunrise was worth waking up early for!! The owner of the unit was more than accommodating to us during our stay! Communication was clear and prompt! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

The views were amazing. Really enjoyed the master bedroom and the well appointed kitchen. The host was very helpful. Loved the coffee maker and even had splenda in the pantry.

Second time we have stayed in the past few years. It’s roomy, clean and located around everything. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice spacious place to stay.

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was right on the beach and beautiful morning sunrises to see every morning. Our kids loved the pool and their over all time here. With the two king bedrooms and bunk beds and pull out couch there was more than enough room for our whole family . We will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice Unit

Recently stayed in the unit. It was very clean and we love the area that it’s located. Was hoping to check in right at 4 like the listing states, but was not able to check in until after 5 pm only after calling to remind the manager that we had rented the unit. He took care of the issue immediately but seems like an unnecessary step.

Perfect everything

Great property, great location, great everything! The condo had everything we needed for us. 2 adults 2 kids under 7. Kids loved the bunk beds. Access to beach was so nice and the pool was perfect too. Will definitely stay here again. Daytona is only a few mins away by car. 5 stars all the way

Look no further......just book it

We had the pleasure of staying at Bobby's condo, and it was an amazing experience! The space is beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s equipped with all the amenities you could need, and the location is perfect for exploring Ormond Beach. James was a fantastic host, always responsive and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! And that view is amazing, nothing like waking up and watching the dolphins. Cant wait to comeback.

Beautiful Condo at a Beautiful Orange Beach!

This condo is nicely furnished with comfortable couches, recliners and beds. The kids bunks are open concept in an alcove off the kitchen. That was fine for us, but might be an issue for some with small children that go to bed early, since the large tv is nearby. The living area definitely needs a lamp or two if you want to read there though. The master has a glorious view and a great charging tower for devices. The balcony was nice for morning coffee with 2 rocking chairs, 2 high top chairs and a larger than necessary table that we moved. The orange beach was lovely! It was wide with clean shell sand (hence the colour) with just enough waves to be fun for kids. Collecting shells was popular, and we enjoyed rinsing off and warming up in the heated pool after the ocean.

Quiet with beautiful views

Beautiful place, adorable and gorgeous views. The host Jamie was very communicative and allowed us to check in early on check in day which was a huge blessing based on our schedule. The condo is beautiful, clean and very easily accessible. Beach access is super easy as well! Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jamie!

Family Wedding Weekend Stay

This property is amazing! The accomodations were excellent, and the location is just perfect for this area. All rooms were very spacious and well furnished. We will most likely be back here!

The condo was clean and well-maintained. Easy access to the ocean. The building was well -lighted and clean, but needed some painting on the outside and in the hallways. The entry door to our condo needed some paint as there was corrosion visible. The master bath shower door was old and worn out and needs to be replaced. The living room needs additional lighting. I would stay there again but I would need a lower price than I paid on this trip.

Ormond Beach Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked well. The view is amazing and the pool and beach are wonderful. Condo is located in a nice peaceful area and the pool and beach never felt crowded. It's close to shopping and many restaurants. If you do enjoy large crowds and nightlife you're only a short drive away to nearby Daytona Beach. It was the perfect place for our beach weekend. Would stay again next time we are in the area of Ormond Beach.

Not My Fault

Family Spring Brake visit. We arrived early asked James the property manager if we could check in early. Let him know we would like to drop off our luggage & groceries. James said he would contact me back & let me know. I never received a reply from James. My family & I arrived at the property after 4pm and could not get in to the room. I had to reach back to James several times to make contact and explain the issue. Again, James assured me he would contact me with information & update. After waiting nearly an hour of sitting in a hallway with our luggage, with no reply, I reached out to James again. I found out that the previous renter overstayed & the room was not ready. I explained to James that I have luggage, groceries that must be put up. I made it very clear that we do NOT need to physically occupy the room just need to place our luggage, groceries in the refrigerator. James then told me to knock loudly on the door & the cleaners will open. After 5pm, I was allowed to put up our stuff. My family and I were NOT allowed to stay in the room as the cleaning team was NOT complete. We returned after 6pm & ran into the cleaning team near the elevator. James never made contact with me to confirm our check in or apologize. Last day of our stay we had a vehicle brakedown and stranded till 3am. I asked James for a 2pm check out. It was denied and James reminded me know that the delays in check in were not his fault.

View can't be beat!

Check-in super easy and the host communicated quickly and effectively. Condo was exactly as advertised and the balcony view (and from one of the bedrooms!) can't be beat. It was the perfect place for my mom and I to have a girls weekend away. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend this host and property.
