- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the covered patio facing the boat dock, camera 2 is on the cargo elevator facing the elevator entrance, camera 3 is on the front door facing the entryway, and camera 4 is on the front porch facing the street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected
- Please be aware that, like many homes in Sea Isle, this house is elevated 14 feet and requires the use of stairs to access. Once inside, the main living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are on 1 level
- The seasonal community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool passes can be purchased for $100, paid on-site. Access to the pier and tennis court is included with your stay
- The use of the ladder, kayaks, and canal is at the guest’s own risk
- The cargo elevator is not available for guest use
- The boat lift is available for use with a $75 fee paid to the owner and a signed Boat Lift Use Agreement. No boats over 24 feet long, 9 feet wide, or 5,000 lbs dry weight

Fantastic pet-friendly canal-front stay with multiple kayaks for family and boat lift for our boat!

10 out of 10! We had a fantastic time at this perfect Sea Isle canal house, located just minutes from the bay using our boat we kept in the boat lift under the house. Super convenient! The property had more kayaks available than any rental we’ve stayed at—which allowed our whole group to get on the water at once and paddle around the canal…We fished off the private dock daily and we caught fish right off the dock, had best luck early morning. The neighborhood’s private boat launch was a major plus—it’s restricted to residents and guests, so we didn’t have a long wait. Having access to the private pier in Sea Isle was also nice. We were able to easily navigate from the house to the bay without a long wake free ride (second canal from bay) and find a good spot for specs nearby as well. The home was clean, well-maintained, with well stocked kitchen and set up perfectly for anglers and families who want to enjoy the water without hassle. Love the amenities of Sea Isle too including the restaurant and bait shop. This is the kind of place we will be booking again and bringing our boat back!

Fantastic trip.

Reel fun is a thoughtfully designed highly enjoyable vacation home that fit hour needs perfectly. The host was outstanding- responsive, organized and clearly invested in createing a seamless guest experience. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything needed for cooking, entertaining and enjoying meals together. One of the standout features was the set up on the water: Three underwater water lights off the dock attracted fish every night, creating a unique and exciting environment right outside the door. We caught both flounder and red fish directly from the dock, Made full use of the cleaning station, and grilled our fresh catch upstairs while taking in the evening air. The home comes equipped with six kayaks, Which made it easy to explore the canals and surrounding waters. The upper deck faces south Which consistently caught a refreshing breeze on the water, making it an ideal spot to unwind each evening. The sea isle community offers excellent amenities including a marina, Bait shop and live entertainment like karaoke- conveniently close without ever feeling crowded.This is a well equipped, well located property that delivers on every level.If it were possible to give more than five stars we would. We will absolutely be returning. Strongly recommend.
