Welcome to the Blue Coconut! Located in the quiet and relaxing Palm beach subdivision. If you are looking for a family friendly and/or pet friendly getaway, look no further.
We're just a short 4 minute walk to the beach. The view of the sunset and night sky on the deck is spectacular!
The space
This quirky house comes with a wide built in deck and picnic table, a Mermaid Bar downstairs, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, hammock swing, outdoor shower, a beautiful mosaic table and benches and a lot of personality. It is fully equipped with all the amenities of home.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house including the downstairs laundry room/shed.
Other things to note
The Blue Coconut has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs, a separate bedroom and a laundry room on the ground floor.

I had a slight issue with air conditioning when I arrived. The host family addressed it immediately and were communicative throughout the process. The walk to the beach was a great way to start my mornings. Highly suggest booking this cozy cottage.

Perfect getaway

It was a grwat place for my family and dogs to stay! The host was very responsive when needed! I loved the private beach for the neighborhood. It was a little walk, but even my youngest didnt have a problem with the distance. Great price!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Everything was as described. Just a short walk to the beach. Loved that the owners provided a wagon & beach toys for our kids. A little outside the city where it's quiet but still close enough for all the attractions & restaurants.

Beautiful spot

Beautiful place to stay at, kids had alot of room to play outside. The patio area was Beautiful watching the sunset with family. Definitely coming back up. We had the older kids sleep in the bottom room. My baby and toddler were happy to have room to crawl and run. Best place we stay.

The beach house was very clean. It had plenty of parking for our vehicles, whether on the driveway or on the street in front of the house. There was a seating area underneath the beach house that we hung out at and had burgers and hotdogs on the bbq. The house was comfortably able to sleep 6 adults. Its within walking distance of the beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. 5/5 would recommend.

All in all, the house was very functional, but definitely could use some TLC. It would be a fantastic house with a little bit of fix up. Property manager was very sweet and took all of our recommendations into consideration. I really hope they take action and fix the place up a little bit better and it would be a wonderful place that I would definitely stay again. Hopefully the flooring will be replaced also.

The house could use some TLC, but it was comfortable enough for our needs. The AC nest system was difficult to work with, I had to YouTube one night how to fix it where the heat wasn’t on (I had accidentally changed it to heat and it wouldn’t switch back). Once AC Is on, it does work fine. The downstairs bedroom had a few ants in the bed, my son found out the first night, but after that it was fine. I liked that the laundry room was stocked with umbrellas, pool noodles, a wagon & toys & a beach chair. The house had plenty of extra dishwasher detergent and some laundry soap & there were a few trash bags and some extra paper towels and TP provided. Also shampoo/conditioner and body wash is provided in shower. All in all, my kids and I had a nice stay.
