Exquisite gem in the heart of Victoria
The Hudson is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the historic Hudson’s Bay building in Victoria, converting this once grand department store into modern flats. Exquisite Hudson has a lovely 1174-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria, and a bonus of having your personal BBQ. It is a 2-bedroom 2 2-bathroom 1-den unit with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is a large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. An open concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout.
Exquisite Hudson is within walking distance of all the major and minor downtown attractions. Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbour and a few more to the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door. There is also a lovely common area on the same floor that has an inside and outside component. Take your coffee and newspaper and enjoy the gas fireplaces while you do some excellent people-watching!

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
