Our house EBBTIDE, named for the tranquil time between high and low tide, where time stands still. Is situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac in the small community of Tiddy Widdy Beach. Tiddy Widdy Beach is well known for crabbing & the Walk the Yorke trail. With a strong community that offers Australia Day bbq’s & New Year Eve parties, it’s a wonderful place to relax or venture out. Being just 3kms north of Ardrossan, Yorke Peninsula.

A classic beach house with 3 bedrooms (2 x queen and 2 x singles), dishwasher, washing machine, updated kitchen, bathroom/toilet. Huge secure undercover carport (will fit boat and car) and fully fenced rear yard. Pet friendly inside and outside.

Ebbtide is ideal for a family holiday or couples getaway. The kitchen, dining and lounge room area is open plan and fully tiled with enough seating for a group of 6 at the dining table and in the lounge.

Sit back on the front deck/veranda overlooking the cottage garden and take in the tranquility.

The front yard has off-street parking for 4 vehicles and a circular drive-through for your car and boat.

The enclosed rear veranda is a great area for children and pets to relax and play safely.

EBBTIDE house has it all -

• 3 bedrooms – 2 rooms with Queen sized beds (with ceiling fans) and 1 room 2 single sized beds (quilts and pillows supplied) a linen package can be requested with bookings.
• Dishwasher, updated kitchen, pod coffee machine, air fryer, electric hotplates and oven, microwave, and washing machine.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils/pots and pans
• Reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge
• Large screen TV with seating for 6 (additional TV in main bedroom )
• Large secure undercover carport for cars and boats (makes a great play area also)
• BBQ (hooded gas) and outdoor chairs and table
• Enclosed rear veranda with views across farmland
• Front deck/veranda with view.
• Circular driveway at front is ideal for getting the boat off the road
• Fully fenced rear yard
• Pet Friendly – small pet door between rear veranda and carport. Inside pets OK. PLEASE animals are not allowed on beds.

ARDROSSAN AND BEACHES

Walk to the beach (renowned crabbing beach) in 5 mins and follow the majestic 2.5 km cliff top walk into Ardrossan and back along the beach at low tide.

Ardrossan township has a family friendly hotel which you can also enjoy a drink on the veranda with your dog. A 7 day supermarket plus a highly rated butcher well known for their delicious sausages. The bakery provides wonderful assorted country pies & pasties. Ardrossan Seafood & Schnitzels provide the freshest fish, hamburgers and more or experience the voted best Chinese restaurant by far. Pop into Wilma’s on York’s for a cooked breakfast or take away coffee and experience the local art on their walls. Ardrossan pharmacy is open 6 days a week and the dentist operate in the township.

Ardrossan has a twin all weather concrete boat ramp and renowned crabbing and fishing beaches. Famous for snapper (in season) at The Barge GPS spot. Plus visit the Heritage Museum OR play in the new playground.

Great dog walking along off-lead beaches with shallow tidal pools exposed at low tide – it feels like you can walk along beachcombing for hours without seeing another soul.

Each bed is provided with quilt (covered) and pillows.

Guests can provide own sheets, towels, bathmats and tea towels OR
