CLUFF VEW es una casa de vacaciones moderna de 4 plantas y 2 dormitorios con capacidad para 9 personas con vistas al mar.

Piso de arriba:

Cocina abierta con lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, microondas, sala de estar con TV, DVD, comedor, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso.

Dormitorio principal con ventilador de techo y acceso al baño y terraza.

Baño con ducha, tocador y w / c, terraza con escenario al aire libre y barbacoa de gas.

Abajo:

Segunda sala de estar con TV, DVD, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, baño con bañera grande, ducha, tocador y w / c.

Servicio de lavandería con lavadora de carga frontal.

Great Location if you like a walk to the beach

Clean and fresh easy living with everything you could think of with the exception of linen. You have to bring your own. A five minute walk to the beach but the views from the balcony are amazing. Perfect for two families of four. It would be good to have access to crabbing equipment but luckily we are seasoned travellers :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very comfortable 3 nights at Cluff Vew (no, it's not a typo, it's Scottish apparently, lol). Nice and clean, kitchen cutlery and crockery good, excellent range of saucepans for the induction stove. Comfy beds, nice view out over St Vincent Gulf from the upstairs living area. Ardrossan is 10 mins drive away and has good supermarket.

Plumbing issues

Toilet plumbing needs to be addressed .As major problem with blockages downstairs put a dampner on our holiday as we had eight people needing to use toilet and shower and couldnt use for two days.

The house is beautiful, and we loved the layout with the two separate living areas for adults and kids. We had most meals on the deck - it was our favourite place to be! The house was clean and well equipped, and James Well/Rogues Point itself is a lovely, quiet spot, with an easy 3 minute walk to the beach from the house. We also found being so close to Ardrossan very handy for food top ups, and we had a fantastic meal at the Ardrossan Hotel. Thank you to the owners, and we very much look forward to our next stay!

Amazing house with a great view. House was above expectations, photoes dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach. House beautifully cleaned and ready for us. Had trouble with the bottom story shower. Could only turn the cold a fraction or the water would be freezing.

Spacious and Clean

The place was clean and spacious. Very modern. My kids loved the puzzles and board games that were provided. We caught some crabs and squid from adrossan jetty and James Well. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely house, excellent balcony.With capacity for 9 people a clothes line is a necessity. Dish washer detergent needs to be provided, not something we thought we needed to bring.
