outdoor gym with breathtaking ocean, city and mountain views. This
central position makes the apartment ideal for leisure or business
travel. Walk to the CTICC or take a 5 minute drive to the V&A
Waterfront. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous
beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
The space
This modern one-bedroom apartment features a stylish open plan living area.
This area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with seating for
four and a cosy lounging area with a comfortable couch and TV.
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with ample cabinet space and an
en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Bedroom area opens up into
a balcony, ideal for taking in the Cape Town night skyline and daytime city
views, with Signal Hill and the City as its back-drop.
Other amenities include:
* Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for
remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
* 24/7 Security: Rest easy knowing dedicated security personnel and
security systems are available for access control with cameras
covering the main entrances and communal areas.
