With meticulous attention to detail, the apartment is comfortable and elaborately decorated. It's all there, so you can give yourself a treat. From the fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker, filtered drinking water from the tap and SodaStream to the art of the young South African artist Lionel Smit, Bluetooth music system and wireless TVs.
Bedroom with wooden floor, access to the terrace. Bath en suite with bath / shower, magnifying mirror.
The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday as well as for business people thanks to the fast, free Internet and WiFi Printer.

It’s a beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is lovely and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Great location - Close to the waterfront and very safe.

After 10 days on safari, this apartment was a welcome change. We'd been cautioned by many about safety in Cape Town but we always felt safe in this apartment even though it was on the lower level. We walked everywhere on the waterfront - day or night. It looks exactly like the pictures so it was a lovely place to relax at the end of each day. Communication with the host and management company was effortless; they even sent tips for restaurants, bars, and shopping prior to our trip. I would highly recommend.

Suburb time in Hermanus, South Africa at 44 Marine

We spent a most wonderful week at Marine 44 in Hermanus, South Africa. The villa was beautifully appointed with lovely, original artwork and top-end appliances. The bedding and furnishings are luxurious. The location is the best in Hermanus, as it is directly on the Cliff Path with dramatic views of the ocean. Due to the convenient location and the comfortable villa, we did not use our car all week. We walked everywhere and chose to eat out meals at "home" and enjoy the unbeatable views. The week we spent at Mr. Klaus' villa was among our best vacations ever. Kathy Kearney-Grobler

Great upscale V&A location; spacious, comfy, convenient.

This upscale unit is beautifully located by the waterways around the V&A and waterfront in the large Marina Residential complex. Easy access to the Aquarium, restaurants, mall and shops just out the back gate. Security is tight, initial access to the unit tricky, but well worth the privacy and quiet we experienced just before the Summer rush. A bottle of wine awaited us upon check in :) We were able to check out a little later due to our late flight and that was most convenient. Owner responds promptly. We had a very comfortable and amazing 3 night stay in Capetown. Thank you Heiner!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Apartment und waren wunschlos glücklich. Es ist the perfekte Kombination von Lage und Ausstattung. Irgendwann kaufen wir uns auch eines.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Cape Town, Waterfront

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist supergut gelegen, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, mit Blick zum Kanal und auf den Tafelberg ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in Gehdistanz zur Waterfront und man kann problemlos abends gemütlich zu Fuss etwas essen und trinken gehen. Wir haben uns immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Im kommenden Jahr planen wir wieder nach Cape Town zu kommen und wir werden die Wohnung definitiv wieder mieten.

In Pembroke G09 war ich bestens aufgehoben. Ruhig und privat gelegen. Nah an der Waterfront. Nah zur City. Nah zu den besten Restaurants. Das Apartment hat alles: Perfekt zum Wohnen. Perfekt zum Ausspannen auf den Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse. Perfekt in der Ausstattung. Das wird mein neues „Zuhause“ in Kapstadt. Beste Empfehlung!

Fabulous spacious modern condo in a perfect locati

We really enjoyed our week at this luxurious condo! Spacious and very modern. All the latest appliances and very nicely decorated including the beautiful painting by famous Lionel Smit. Excellent location - minutes from all the restaurants and shops of V&A. The One&Only is steps from this unit -- and a great place to enjoy drinks and dinner. This is one of the top spots in CT. This is a ground floor unit with a good size patio as well. Very safe complex so absolutely no security concerns. The communal pool overlooks the harbour and is very pleasant/relaxing. I would definitely come back and stay here again. As a bonus the owner provided me with a lot of information about the area, art and any questions that I had to make our stay complete. I will be sure to recommend this spot to any of my Canadian friends who decide to come to beautiful Cape Town!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay for 8 nights in November 2016. These were the highlights for us: * Spacious, comfortable and well-presented apartment with all the comforts * Peaceful location for a great night's sleep * Great view of Table Mountain and nearby Signal Hill. Impossible not to feel relaxed when you are sitting on the sofa looking out the large patio windows. * Convenient access by car to N1/N2 motorway and Victoria Wharf mall with many dining places * Heiner (the owner) is a pleasure to deal with and his agents give prompt and courteous service I cannot in all honesty think of any negatives. We would happily stay again if we return. Obviously this is not the cheapest accommodation in Cape Town but it is worth every penny if you are looking for a relaxing and high quality vacation.

Great apt on V&A Waterfront canal.

I rented this apartment for one month in June/July 2016. It is on the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and is in a beautiful location. It is situated on a canal facing North and a 15 walk from the Waterfront mall and restaurants. It is in a highly secure development and I felt safe and secure there. The rental company was especially accommodating and helpful, available and friendly. Also located right next to the One and Only Hotel with access to its bar and restaurant. The work out room at the complex is also great as you get to look out on the harbor while exercising. The apartment itself was large, comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen functional. The washer/dryer accessible and handy. Internet service worked well, TV got a lot of channels. Was great to have a printer/scanner at my disposal. Owner, Heiner, was very nice and good to work with. I would recommend this rental and look forward to returning.

Wow! Wunderschön und toll gelegen

Vom Einchecken bis zur Abreise hatten wir eine rundum tolle Zeit in diesem super eingerichteten Apartment. Ich kenne die Anlage Marina Residential von früheren Besuchen. Pembroke G09 ist jetzt mein neuer Favorit! Stylish, praktisch und ästhetisch eingerichtet, mit einer herrlichen Terrasse und der kostenlosen schnellen Internetverbindung einfach ideal. Ja, und ein herzliches Dankeschön an Roscoe, der uns spät nachts ganz schnell aus der Peinlichkeit befreite, als wir die Schlüssel im Apartment vergessen hatten und vor verschlossener Türe stand. Super Service! Danke. PS. Das Schwimmen im Kanal war uns zum täglichen Spass geworden, wer braucht da noch einen Pool, wenn er das "Meer" vor der Haustüre hat.... ;) Will be back soon!
