Welcome to our newest Cordy Bay Beauty 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit plus den, which comes with underground secured parking, bike storage, in-suite laundry, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private BBQ for your own perusal. Haro Heights is located in the prestigious Cordova Bay neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean and beach. There is a small grocery and Italian grocery area on the lobby level, which also offers coffee, tea, goodies, and basics. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Important notes:
Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
