- This 3-story home requires 4 steps to enter; all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper levels
- There is another unit on-site; other tenants may be present during your stay. The tenant apartment is located in the basement of the home and has a completely separate entrance. Interior doors are locked on both sides, ensuring no access between the two spaces. You will not have access to the tenant’s apartment. Some outdoor areas are shared, including the bluestone patio with a fireplace and the lakeside. You will have your own private covered patio above, while the patio in front of the tenant’s main doors is reserved for the tenant
- Please use Duraflame logs for the indoor fireplaces and wood logs in the outdoor fireplace
- Use of own personal watercrafts prohibited. Kayaks (3), paddleboard (1), lilly pad (1), and swim Platform/dock all for the use of guests
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located by the front door facing the street, and camera 2 is located on the northwest corner of the porch facing the lake. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
