Just got back from a great girls' trip where we stayed one night. The house was perfect for the eight of us- clean, comfortable and modern. The house may not look like much on the outside but inside t's beautiful - clearly the host put thought into the details. The living room/dining room was perfect for us to hang out in and we never felt cramped. Our only complaint- and it was a big one for our group- was the hot tub took hours to heat and wasn't at the correct temperature until we were ready to check out. I was in charge of booking our house for the night and one of the reasons we chose this house was due to the hot tub! Very disappointing. Although the situation was not resolved in order for us to enjoy the hot tub during our stay, the host was very attentive and responsive to our messages.

We only had one night to stay and everything appeared to be going well but when we arrived at to the home the code that was provided by owner did not open the door and we were stuck outside. Given the short time we had, this was a fatal error; a spare key should be kept somewhere hidden and immediate response if lock fails to point out the key. Reserving a place to stay and not being able to gain access with kids and family is just about the worst outcome possible. My wife asked for late checkout which we got, but 40 mins after check-out time the cleaning staff was already outside waiting for us to vacate. At the very least, owner should have called off cleaning staff so we would not feel rushed given the failed entry just the day before. The house is nice, certain rooms (downstairs where climbing wall is was a bit worn), hot tub should have been set to 104 not 95 (details that matter). There is a tree house of sorts that looks like a hazard and so we had to monitor kids not going over there. Bedrooms were clean, bathrooms are within normal limits. If you have lots of people for dinner, half of the dinning room table is a bench (no back support). There are some board games which is nice. Didn't use washer/dryer, but they were there. The chalk board in the basement was cool. We played hangman with the kids.

Such a wonderful stay for our girls weekend upstate! We were a group of 9, but had so much room to spread out and didn’t feel like we were crammed in.Everything was clean and modern. Location was perfect - 5 mins from town, but felt like our own farm (we saw so many animals - chipmunks, deer, turkeys, even a skunk (who was cute and kept his distance :) )Kitchen was spacious for cooking in and living room was perfect for our game nights and movie watching. Communication for this Vrbo was truly wonderful. The team was so fast and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay in New Paltz. The location is perfect and close to the town and local outdoor activities. The house was spacious and clean. Serg and Aaron were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Check-in was seamless. Our family will definitely be back next fall!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dreamhouse! It was clean, comfortable, and had nearly everything we needed. There were a few small things that could use attention (the TV in the master bedroom we couldn't get to work, the freezer wasn’t freezing well, and the hot tub room was a bit dusty), but those fixes would make it even better. Communication with the host was easy, and responses were quick.Overall, the home was lovely and welcoming, with plenty of space for all 12 of us. We’d happily recommend it and would definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!

Amazing Stay at this Dream House!

My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. The property is an easy drive to and from the the New Paltz Main St and Farmer's Market, so we conveniently headed into town for shopping and meals. We all took advantage of the barbeque grill on our last evening there, and it was so nice to enjoy the meal on the lovely deck overlooking the river! I'd definitely be interested in staying at this property again in the future!

The property was perfectly secluded while being close to town. We observed lots of wildlife including deer, a woodchuck family, and a turtle laying eggs! The house was roomy and comfortable with just enough upscale elegance that made us feel pampered.

Girls Trip

Everyone really loved the house, especially the hot tub. In fact, one of the attendees asked for the link to the house as she planned to return again for a possible mother-daughter weekend getaway. The host was very quick to reply whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Graduation

This house was absolutely perfect for our graduation trip to New Paltz. Each group in our family were able to have their own space because of the great layout of the house. Both the inside 8and outside wete perfect for hosting friends and classmates of my grandson in celebration of his graduation. Communication with host was quick and easy. All in all a great place to stay. Unfortunately my grandson graduated so we will probably not be returning to New Paltz any time soon because i definately would stay again. Also, it is very private with plenty of parking...perfect.

New Paltz in the Woods

We had a terrific weekend. The house was clean, modern and very accommodating. We loved the layout of the home and all of its amenities. The location was a short drive to town and we had plenty of space on the deck to enjoy the beautiful trees and land. The deck even had a view of the river.

Short but lovely stay

A group of girlfriends stayed for a 2 night visit. Everything was just as listed, the home was in the perfect location, well stocked, and beautiful inside. We would definitely return again.

Fun Friends Weekend in the Gunks!

We were 4 couples celebrating good times and we were VERY happy at this lovely, secluded house. The big, airy living room was fantastic to hang out together comfortably. The view of the river from the deck was just starting to burst green in late April. We were very appreciative of the yoga mats, and one of us led a class right there in the living room. Kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the whole bean coffee and tea provided, but our group was divided on one thing: those of us versed in the ways of the French Press were thrilled. The others...not so much, but they survived! We had one issue that required attention, but the contact person responded and instructed his crew to care of the problem that same day. One other thing: this house has simply the cleanest hot tub that I have ever seen, and those of us who partook truly enjoyed it. Overall, a great weekend!

Secluded yet near town!

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids had a lovely stay at this property. It was a nice setup for two families with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a great open space for the kitchen and living room.The house itself was very clean and felt secluded despite being a quick drive from the bustle of New Paltz. The large deck had a great view of the river and the kids enjoyed the screened-in hot tub!Serg and his team responded quickly to my questions via the VRBO app and offered their help if we needed ideas for activities or restaurants.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would be happy to book one of Serg's properties again!

Spring Break in New Peltz

The family was very impressed with the house and this was a great place to stay. I never that French Press coffee and this was the best coffee. Each day my daughter wanted me to make her a cup. This was a great Vrbo fine. Thank you Serg and Mary for hosting my family.
