This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Washroom house is comfortably located in the pristine North End of Barrie and just minutes from numerous coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, parks, beach and many more! Everything you need for a restful, worry-free stay is here. Minutes to Georgian College, RVH Hospital, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Tim Hortons, Parks, Walk-in Clinic, Johnson's Beach etc.

The main floor offers a spacious living room with a smart TV, dining room, full kitchen with all your cooking essentials and a half bathroom.

The second floor offers 4 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the rooms - a Master Bedroom with private attached ensuite washroom, a private smart TV, walk-in closet. The other 3 have a queen bed and generously sized closets. Desks and ergonomic chairs in all bedrooms. All bedrooms have a lock on them for added privacy.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement which is currently occupied by our tenants. 3 parking spots available on the driveway with street parking available through April 1st to November 30th.

There is a fire hydrant by the end of the front yard, please make sure you do not block it if you are parking on the street to avoid a ticket.
