From the moment you step onto the sunlit front patio, Red Lotus Guesthouse invites you to slow down and settle in. Inside, a sunken lounge with plush leather seating and a wall-mounted TV sets the tone for cosy conversations and relaxed evenings. Just beyond, the open-plan dining and living area offers a warm space to share meals or curl up for a movie, while the sleek kitchen, framed by expansive valley views, makes even morning coffee feel indulgent.

Slide open the doors to discover two beautifully designed outdoor living zones. On one side, an elevated open-air deck invites slow afternoons and alfresco dinners with sweeping views across the valley and a large umbrella for summer shade. On the other side is a spa deck with a bubbling hot tub and servery window connecting to the bar inside—complete with a sink and mini fridge to keep your local bottles chill. A sparkling pool, BBQ, and shaded lounge area set the scene for relaxed outdoor living. After dusk, festoon lights add a magical glow, while a ceiling fan and outdoor TV ensure comfort and entertainment as you dine alfresco.

The elevated primary suite is a true retreat with a king bed, private balcony, walk-in robe, and spa-style ensuite. The guest wing offers comfort and privacy, with its own living area and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting two queen bedrooms—each with a walk-in robe. Located near the third bathroom, the fourth queen bedroom offers extra flexibility for families or groups. For added convenience, a full laundry is also included—ideal for longer stays.

The home features ducted heating and cooling, Wi-Fi throughout, and two garage spaces, with additional driveway parking for effortless arrival. Enjoy music throughout the guesthouse with Sonos surround sound in the living room, a Sonos speaker in the primary suite, and a portable Sonos speaker tucked under the side table in the dining room. Simply connect your device to the Wi-Fi to start streaming your favourites.

Fireplaces are decorative and not functional. While the large shed at the back of the property is not accessible and the secondary house may be occupied by another group, all outdoor areas listed above are reserved exclusively for your private use. We ask that all guests respect each other’s space and privacy to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Please note that while we welcome pets, the yard is not fully secured, and dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please note, Red Lotus Retreat is also located on the property and may host other guests during your stay. A fence separates the two dwellings, and Red Lotus Retreat has its own private driveway and entrance to ensure your comfort and privacy. Please make yourselves at home!
