Clementine means “mild” or “gentle” in Latin. In Roman mythology, Clementia was the goddess of mercy & leniency, symbolized by a marble column and an olive branch. While we don’t have an olive tree, we welcome guests with fresh Clementines to refresh you and start your stay on a sweet note.

This luxury studio condo features a balanced mix of neutral tones with pops of orange, designed to awaken your senses, inspire creativity, and energize your exploration of local food, attractions, and entertainment. Casa Clementine is walkable to restaurants and entertainment, and just a 10-minute drive to Disneyland, Old Town Orange, and Angel Stadium. Beaches, John Wayne Airport, and the Irvine Spectrum are also nearby.

Inside, enjoy a luxurious king bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, office nook, huge walk-in closet, and gated parking. Additional sleeping spaces include a futon and air mattress, and Fido even has his own bed.

Parking: Standard free parking for 1 car in the garage; additional car Ten dollar per day. We reimburse Thirthy for the first 3 days or event parking of your choice (with receipt).

Self-Check-In: Private custom code for contactless access during your stay.

Kitchen & Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer for convenience.

Work & Entertainment: Fast WiFi and Smart TV make working or streaming effortless.

Immediately after booking, you will receive our short-term rental agreement for your review and acceptance. The agreement includes details on the pet fee, extra guest fee, security deposit and other important information regarding your stay.
The age minimum is 23 (families with kids welcome).

For stays booked 21 days or more in advance, we will refund your parking paid during your stay for an extra car in the parking garage, an event or restaurant where parking was paid. Please submit your receipt to be reimbursed.

The futon is 65 inches in length and appropriate for a smaller sized adult or child.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.

To participate, follow the quick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.

The regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
