Is this just a great place very up well space as well as very very clean comfortable had a sense of love and warm. I really enjoyed staying here but shall be wonderful wonderful dear considerate in a comedy.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several maintenance issues that impacted our experience. The primary bedroom lights and electrical outlets were not working, and the refrigerator was also not functioning properly, which made food storage difficult. We also encountered some bugs inside the home.While the property appeared generally clean, there were a few areas that needed more attention. Communication with the owner did happen, but responses were slower than we would have hoped given the issues.I hope these items are addressed, as the home has potential to provide a much better experience.We requested for a partial refund but no response.

MOLD, ACTIVE LEAK and BUGS! Wall that connects the bathroom and laundry squishy and wet. Mold on the backside of the wall in laundry and in all crevices of the shower. Large black trash bag collecting the leak water outside from a pipe. The trundle bed was broken when pulled out and sank. Hair all over! Bathroom, trundle, seat padding for the kitchen. No washcloths provided, no linens for additional bedding, no pillows. No instructions for mini splits. TV didn’t work at all. No WiFi instructions. Contacted guest about mold and she tried to say that there was a roof leak awhile back but remediation was done. You can see the HUGE sunken in and squishy wall with active mold running up the wall in multiple places. Owner was terrible. Asked me to text directly with photos and when I did so, didn’t acknowledge anytime but only said the bed was not like that before. HORRIBLE! Horrible layout, large ugly furniture and DANGEROUS air quality. Also we were blocked in one day by another one of her renters and she didn’t respond for 7 hours! DO NOT rent this place! MOLD!! I spent almost 2.5 hours on the phone with VRBO about it and they refunded some but not sure that they care about the safety of their customers as the place is still available to rent. Horrible place, horrible owner and awful communication! You have been warned!

We take the comfort and safety of our guests very seriously and were surprised by this review. During this guest’s stay, no concerns about mold, leaks, or safety were reported to us through the VRBO platform or during the visit. The first time these issues were raised was after the stay had been completed, when the guest requested a full refund despite having remained in the property for the entire reservation. The property is professionally maintained, including regular pest-control service and routine inspections, and no active leak or mold condition has been identified. The exterior item referenced was part of routine property maintenance and not related to any leak inside the home. If any issue had been reported during the stay, we would have addressed it immediately, as we always strive to ensure our guests are comfortable and satisfied. We encourage future guests to review our other reviews and long history of hosting, which reflect the care and attention we put into maintaining our homes and providing a pleasant stay.
