The pool was great and heated, we had plenty of space in the home it was a great house for plenty of people to move around throughout easily, id definitely stay again

the full house is very very tired, does not look as fresh as the photos supplied, we had a lot of issues after OUR initial inspection ( god knows who did the inspection before us )...sink leaking, kettle dangerous, smoke alaram hanging off the celling ,bedroom table lamp broken, vertical blinds missing and busted, wardrobe shelf hanging off, lots of mini ants in kitchen ..(spotted last day)..then to be told the owner is selling it, perhaps thats why no investment in property. this is an accurate evaluation of the property in mid October 2025..

Property was decent but tired. It would be much better with a modest investment. Biggest issue is that the pool is a salt water pool: it was not meant to be and was told repeatedly it was not a salt water pool but it was. It really detracted from the trip as we stopped using the pool about half way through the trip because is was so bad. Management company were excellent and tried to solve the problems quickly but to no avail. Potential is great but sadly disappointed compared to other properties we have stayed at in Florida.

Entspanntes großzügiges Ferienhaus

Der Check-In war im Vorfeld etwas holprig, da die Codes nicht automatisch geschickt wurden. Nachfrage war erforderlich. Das Haus ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, sehr gut ausgestaltet bestens geeignet zum Familienurlaub am eigenen Pool und den Atraktionen Orlandos. Kleinere Reparaturen sind angesagt zb Terassentür, Ablagen im Schrank. Alles in allem 5 Sterne uneingeschränkt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great family vacation home in a quiet neighborhood!

My family of four (including two teenagers) enjoyed our stay immensely! The only inconvenience was the broken reclining sofa but we didn’t watch a lot of tv anyway. The pool was great and we had everything we needed to make dinners in the house and feel at home.

Great location

It is our second stay on Cumbrian lake ( identical property, just on the other side of the lake/pond). Location to all things Disney, Universal, and Sea world, Aquatica or Discovery cove couldn’t be better. The bonus for me is having a stunning location to go back to at the end of a busy day. The house itself is well equipped and clean, the pool, jacuzzi and view over the lake is amazing, you couldn’t ask for a more tranquil view with a glass of wine in your hand . The house is amazing, maybe due a bit of TLC to freshen it up, but nothing major. My only advice to the owners/management team would be to make it clear on the advert that pool heating is at an extra cost. Other than that, we loved our stay and will be back.

Beautiful spacious home with private pool!

There was a large grpup with us. Everything was easy and detailed instrustions from owners. Spacious seating for everyone. This house everything you need to keep your kids entertained for hours.

Family Vacation

Our time spent here was wonderful, any problem that occurred, management was on it right away. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, we had it heated so they were in it at 7 am or at 9 pm didn't matter is was nice for them to swim. Nice clean area, gated community and easy access to anything you needed. Great job on this house!!

Family gathering

Our far flung family could gather here for a few days and enjoy some time together. Great space, relaxing getaway. We enjoyed watching the water birds along the shore of the lagoon behind the house. Egrets, wood storks, anhinga, cormorants and ibis made good use of the lake! Very peaceful!

Great gated community...no safety issues here. Very quiet communnity.

Nice property..however, the pool heater gave up upon arrival..it took almlst 5 days before we coiuld use the pool. Disappointing but no the end of the world.

Disney Christmas Getaway

We had booked this as a way for the entire family to spend time together, and there were extras not even mentioned. My grandsons were thrilled to find the air hockey and fusball game in the garage, my granddaughter loved the pool, the adults loved the plenty of bathrooms for everyone. It was close to all the Disney parks, We had a house to socialize and grab a quick bite in before hitting the parks every day, and then a place to unwind together at the end of the evening.It was a nice quiet neighborhood, very clean and safe. I heartily recommend this home to anyone that wants a nice way to spend quality time together near all the parks.quietneneighbo

There was everything I needed as far as seasonings, toilet tissue, detergent packets for both dishwasher and the washer, the pool temperature was perfect , and them beds was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Thanks for making my stay a great stay

Great Stay!

Loved the house and the location. The house was beautiful inside and outside. Pool was very nice & kitchen was very spacious. The rooms were fantastic , the bathrooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property manager was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
