Welcome to our stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 4 Bathroom villa with a beautiful view of the conservation area at the rear as background of our private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is located just off US 192 so very easy to travel to all the major theme parks. The villa has one of the prime positions on the 5 Star Bellavida Resort which is a safe, secure gated community. The are many shops and restaurants within the local area. And it is a very easy and convenient 5 minutes walk to the nearby 24/7 Walmart.



The villa is split over two floors which makes it ideally beneficial for accommodating 2 families. The sitting room has 2 large sofas plus armchair providing comfortable seating, and a large screen TV. WiFi, Ipod Docks in all rooms and ADT security.



The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cookware for even the most accomplished of chefs and the dining room has a formal table for dinner, and an additional breakfast bar.



Also enjoy our dinning area and sitting space in our oversized pool deck, overlooking the unique conservation area where you will see lots of varied wildlife. There is also a gas BBQ.

There arelots of chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining.



The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and direct access to pool. The second ensuite bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed. The fourth bedroom with two twin bed and tv and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and tv, sharing a bathroom in between.

At the villa you have your own South facing private pool and large pool deck with conservation view. There is a covered lanai which is perfect for al fresco dining, cooked from your own gas BBQ.There are lots of sunloungers and chairs for relaxing. The pool can be heated for a fee, please enquire.

Our villa has its own games room with pool table and table football, great for keeping the kids occupied. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
