We understand that no A/C may lead to high temperatures in the home during the day for a few months of the year, and we try to be as transparent about that as possible when advertising the home so as not to mislead anyone about what the home offers. Similarly, we know that not having Wi-Fi may add some complexity to the stay, and we're working on getting this added in the coming months. We do our best to advertise in several places prior to booking that this is not something currently offered.We're happy to hear that the rest of your stay was positive and appreciate the feedback on these amenities! First time

The Pinetop home was very nice and quiet. The property manager was very helpful in answering our questions and responding to our needs. The Home was also very clean.The only negative was their kitchen was missing several key items, such as a set of Cutting knives, salad bowls, and other items. As this home was recently converted to a rental we understood the issues. I would recommend that the owner reconsider the decision not to have WIFI or some TV connection. As couple of days is without media connection is enjoyable, however we had a tough time not being connected. It was kind of interesting to see how we did without a TV for 5 days.

We want to make sure that we're providing a 5-star experience for every guest, and your feedback on some key kitchen items that would have made your stay 5 stars was incredibly helpful for us to improve for the next guests.We’ve been trying to get a service provider to set up Wi-Fi for quite some time now, but we’re having trouble finding one that can install the necessary infrastructure to support it. We hope to have this as a new amenity in the coming months and would love to have you back at the home in the future to see the upgrades for yourself!Thanks again for your stay and for the valuable feedback!"

Property is very nice, and the property manager was very attentive, making sure we were well supplied with the necessities. Neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the birds and the bats in the evenings. The lack of AC didn’t prove to be a problem during our stay since the daytime highs were in the low 80’s and nighttime temps were in the upper 50’s. Any warmer and it would have been uncomfortable.According to the property manager, this is the first summer the property has been listed so there are some small things they are working to enhance. For example, the coffee maker only brews 4 cups at a time and a few utensils, like carving knives, mixing bowls and measuring cups need to be added. I’m sure it will get better as guests provide input into the things that need to be included or upgraded.We weren’t entirely sure about the whole un-plugged thing. So, we brought a Firestick and used a phone as a mobile hot spot. That worked great until we ran out of data minutes because we were roaming. We were also surprised that there was no antenna connected to the TV, so over-the-air stations were not available. There is a blue-ray player that only plays blue-ray discs. If you have older DVD’s there is a separate player that needs to be hooked up. There’s a stereo system with surround sound speakers mounted on the walls with a fair selection of AM/FM stations that sounds good. We’re old, so fortunately, we had a bunch of DVDs to bring. We ended up making some popcorn, watching a couple of movies and found un-plugged maybe wasn’t so bad.
