Spacious and cozy, highly coveted lower unit mountain retreat in the cool pines. Well decorated and family themed. Two comfortable patios (front and back). Split floor plan with 3 spacious bedrooms sleeps 6 - 8 comfortably. 2 of 3 bedrooms have Smart TV's. Smart TV in living room. Full kitchen for your short or extended stay, with washer/dryer in unit. Sunrise ski resort, golf, lakes and streams, hiking and shopping all close by!

Very nice

Perfect location for our event. Was very clean. Easy check-in. Great communication. Had every amenity including a much needed umbrella! Was chilly on our first night but plenty of firewood to keep a fire going the following days. Overall great place!

Nice and cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bath.Owner responded right away. Sunrise ski resort 30 minutes away. Fan and heather were not working by the bunk rooms. Me and my family would stay there again. Price is affordable.

Xmas Snowboarding trip

We had a great time at the property, it was quiet and there wasn’t a lot traffic in the complex. Place was clean and well laid out. Check in was very concise, we will definitely come back!

Cozy condo close to golf course

Stay was good overall. Condo is a little dark but cool. Had a little trouble finding front door on the opposite side of the building from parking lot. Also a few other issues but the property manager responded quickly. Overall a cute little condo

Great Location

Condo is comfortable and at a great location. We especially enjoyed hanging on the patio. Very close to hiking trails and lakes.

Can’t wait to visit again

Tucked amidst towering pines, this condo became a winter wonderland as snow gently blanketed the surroundings the day after thanksgiving. The beauty of the area was enchanting, and the cozy atmosphere inside the condo provided the perfect retreat. If you appreciate a snug, clean, quiet haven in a picturesque landscape among the beautiful pines, this is an ideal getaway.

Amazing host

We had a wonderful stay in this large, comfortable unit. It was immaculate and well supplied. Our interactions with the owner were the most impressive aspect of our stay: any questions were answered immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this unit to others.

Pinetop getaway

Property was clean and tidy, linens and towels fairly new. TV’s in each room and beds are comfy, kitchen fully stocked for food prep and service. Front door is actually on the other side of unit, two sliders face parking lot and dedicated space, so coming and going is a bit inconvenient. Certainly not owners fault, just a bit of extra work.

This condo is in a great location in sports village. Easy to walk to Pinetop Lakes and quiet street. Owner was very helpful and quick with his response.

great location

pleasant to get out of the phoenix heat and have the cool mountains with lots of walking trails. Chairs and beds were comfy. I only wish the lighting was updated with white lights. The master was dark and difficult to read because of dark lamps and lamp shades.

Comfy Cabin Retreat

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the location and convenience of the ground floor unit making unloading/loading our vehicle easy. We had everything we needed for cooking too. With 3 adults and 2 kids - the bunk room was perfect and we had plenty of space overall. We would definitely rent again!

Pinetop

The unit was O.K. For the two of us although we found the kitchen very small. Not enough room for two of us in it. The big negative was the TV package. We never heard of it and it had stations we’ve never heard of. And there were no sports stations on it i.e. no ESPN or golf or tennis channels. Consequently we never watched TV there. We vacated early due to health issues with one of us that required us to be in Scottsdale for a no. of days in late July/early August and to be back in Scottsdale around mid August. We will look at the unit again in July, 2023 if we decide to return to the Pinetop area and have the necessary smart phone to operate the TV.

Wonderful place to stay

This property was perfect for us. The place was very clean and we were so appreciative of the way it was stocked. Everything you need is there and we appreciated the laundry soap as an extra touch. We had our grandchildren with us and the bubk beds we perfect for them. They found the toys within 5 minutes of arriving, a great addition to the room :) The owner was great at corresponding; never a hesitation in answering any questions. It was a great place to stay and we would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend.

My daughters and I had a nice stay at this apartment. Clean and comfortable. Spacious enough for three adults. Easy and quick lock box entry system. Owner very responsive and helpful and accommodating. Fans in every room for air circulation. Very well stocked functional kitchen and outdoor grill. Definitely has a cabin vibe. But don't make the mistake we did and think this is actually a separate cabin in the pines. It definitely is in the shady cool pines but is in the middle of a very busy, crowded two story apartment complex with lots of people coming and going all the time and lots of ambient noise. No yard at all and no privacy. There is no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open for cooling so couldn't avoid all the leaf blowers, traffic, people, and garbage trucks at 6 in the morning etc. I would recommend this unit as it is comfortable and has good sleeping space for a family and all the linens, towels and kitchen supplies you need. Conveniently located near trails and shopping. Near a golf course in Pinetop. Nice walking just around the neighborhood once you get outside the complex. Nice place to get out and to get away from the heat but just be aware that you are in a large apartment complex.

This place was very clean, plenty of sleep space and all-around cozy.

This rental had everything we needed to make meals, had a very cozy feel and tons of sleep space. It was everything you need as a home away from home
