Sleeping up to 6 guests and welcoming your furry friends, Percy’s Place offers everything you need for a perfect escape by the water.

Percy’s Place is designed for relaxation and comfort, offering an inviting space that perfectly balances modern updates with a serene, laid-back atmosphere. The heart of the home is the spacious front deck, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Goolwa River while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding at sunset with a glass of local wine. The bright interiors reflect the natural beauty of the outdoors, with large windows that bathe the home in natural light, creating a warm and airy ambiance.
The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for gathering with family or friends, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Percy’s Place sleeps 6 guests comfortably, featuring three well-appointed bedrooms. All bed linen and bath towels are provided with beds made up for your arrival.
The fully enclosed backyard is a fantastic feature for families with children or pets, offering a safe and spacious area to play and relax.

Dog-Friendly Stay: Your four-legged family members are welcome at Percy’s Place. The secure backyard provides plenty of space for dogs to roam and play, and Goolwa’s nearby dog-friendly beaches and parks make it easy to take your pet on adventures.
Please note that smaller non shedding dogs only allowed inside. Larger dogs are outside only.
There is a $75 pet fee payable for the privilege of bringing your dog with you on holiday . Sorry, no cats.

*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Just a minute’s walk from Percy’s Place on Liverpool Road is the charming Riverview Deli and cafe, perfect for a quick bite or leisurely breakfast close to home. For more options, a short drive or leisurely walk away, you’ll find a selection of local cafés, restaurants, and pubs. For a coffee fix or brunch, head to Motherduck Café for fresh, local ingredients in a laid-back setting, or visit Hector’s on the Wharf for delicious meals with river views. We are not far away should you need us during your stay. Entry is via locked box or we can meet you at the property on arrival

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
