Come enjoy the tranquility of the Terraces at Wild Oak Bay! This lovely three bedroom, two bath condo has been updated and fully furnished with quality furnishings and lighting. The view is tropical and lush with views of the pond in the distance. You will feel like you're in the rainforest. After a short climb up the (easy) stairs you will walk into the foyer and formal dining room with a lovely table that can seat up to six people.
The kitchen has been remodeled with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has been opened up to include a large breakfast bar. The living room is spacious and has comfortable leather furniture and large flat screen TV. The living room and master bedroom open up to the balcony that overlooks the tropical landscape. The balcony has a two seat pub style table and a four seat dining table. It it enclosed with sliding glass doors that can be opened to let all the sounds and breeze of nature come in. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of dresser storage, a flat screen TV and beautifully etched French doors leading out to the balcony. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of closet and dresser space and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of dresser and closet space, a flat screen TV and a shared balcony with the other guest bedroom. Guest bath has a tub and shower.
