Craig House en Bradenton en un pequeño lago privado cerca de todo.

Ubicado a 11 millas de Bradenton Beach, a 30 minutos (15.5 millas) de la isla Anna Maria y a 12 minutos de la Academia IMG. Nuestra casa está en un pequeño lago privado. Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. El lugar será todo para ustedes.

El espacio
Techos altos, con mucho espacio para relajarse. Pasamos la mayor parte de nuestro tiempo en la sala de Florida mirando los patos o junto a la piscina. Bañera de hidromasaje en baño principal. Mantenemos nuestra casa impecablemente limpia para nuestros huéspedes. La casa es totalmente eléctrica y no necesita un detector de CO.

Toda la casa está disponible, excepto el garaje y la oficina. Al llegar y para ingresar, presione su mano en el teclado oscurecido y presione los 2 dígitos que aparecen. Luego ingrese su código de puerta. La puerta se bloquea automáticamente después de 30 segundos.

Close to many great BEACHES!

Our families enjoyed staying at your home and we loved the pool and view of pond to relax after going to a different beach every day! House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The location eas perfect to visit so many gulf coast beautiful beaches! Thank you Cliff and Sue! Would book again for sure

Had a great stay! The house was central to everything we wanted, beaches, shopping and restaurants!House was very comfortable. All amenities provided that you could need! Very responsive host when we had a question and really enjoyed the ‘beach room’ off of the lanai and pool.

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We loved staying at this nice little house, and especially loved the private pool next to the lake! The house and the property were very clean and well maintained! Nice neighborhood and only about a 30-minute drive to the beach.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a very enjoyable stay while on vacation. We had fun in the pool but wished it could have been a little bigger. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would rent this house again in the future.

Amazing property.

Beautiful home. Pool was awesome and beautiful scenery. The house was clean, beds and furniture very comfortable. A lot of amenities that made our stay feel like home. Would definitely recommend.

Family getaway

We found that due to heavy rains it was difficult to clean the pool area. We are shocked that it was reported to us 4 days into the stay. We refunded the unused nights. The rest of the house was in perfect order as the video indicates.

Nice place. Very clean.

The property was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lake right behind the house. There were 2 big cranes that walked right up to us (after luring them with bird seed, lol)

Loved having the pool

Besides the convenience of having a pool right there, we felt we were in a safe neighborhood. We traveled quite a bit around the area--from Bradenton, to the outer islands (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key), to Myakka State Park and to Sarasota, and in particular, the Ringling Museum. Lots to do and see in this area, from nature to shopping to dining to beautiful beaches.

Perfect home for a winter getaway

Spent a long weekend at Craig House in March 2023. Perfect for the 2 of us- well equipped and nicely comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Small splash pool was perfect to cool off and relax. Neighborhood convenient to almost any store you might be looking for. Would definitely recommend this place - especially to seniors!!

Great stay! House in an ideal location. 1/2 mile from Walmart and Sam’s in a very quiet safe residential neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes from downtown and 20-30 minutes from beaches. Many restaurants and grocery stores within a couple of miles. 20-30 minutes to Sarasota. Can walk to movie theater. Car wash and post office within a mile. Easy check-in. House was clean and very comfortable. Many touches to make it very homey. Great for a long term stay. Had most utensils, pots, pans, and dishes for nightly cooking. Towels and sheets were top of the line adding to the comfort. The home was on the older side but very well kept. Everything in working order. Heated pool and sun room were a bonus overlooking a nice neighborhood pond.Furniture was comfortable. Nice leather couch with recliners. Beds also comfortable. Several dining areas and a table with 4 wicker chairs in sun room. Smart TV’s with local channel reception. No cable TV but apps available on TVs for streaming. It was just my wife and I but the house has a nice set up for several couples or a family. Bedrooms located on opposite side of house. Clifford was a great host! Communication was wide open. Had an issue with internet which was promptly addressed. Clifford was also quick to get back with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend for a short or long term stay! We are planning to return next year. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the “Craig House”!

Perfect stay

I loved this property. It had everything I needed and more. There were spices, a few dry goods, and condiments in the fridge. The pool was perfect for lounging on a floaty and a perfect temp. The house was close to a few different grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It's also a quick 15 minute drive from the airport. I will definitely be back!!

Relaxation lives up to the hype

This is house was a winner from the moment we walked in the door. Clean, fresh, and bright describe our first impression. The pool was perfect for the well-needed relaxing and the decor was super nice. You can tell the owners put thought into details; from having a few incidentals for our use, including the plush bath towels, and beach things, to the comfortable beds are just a some of the things we enjoyed. We would recommend this house and host to others!
