On the ground floor the living, kitchen and dining are arranged in an open plan configuration but with good separation. French doors open out to a sunny courtyard with table and chairs. A laundry room and guest WC is conveniently located off the entrance hall.

Upstairs are three stylish bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe with ample space to unpack belongings. The daybed can be converted into a further single bed if required. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a desk space for those needing to work away from home. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The main bathroom is also located on this floor.

For those visiting the area for school, the house is conveniently located within double grammar zone which includes Remuera Primary School and Remuera Intermediate School. Also within walking distance are some of Auckland's best private schools.

I will be available, ready to assist you from 8am-6pm, 7 days a week. Whether you need recommendations for local attractions, assistance with reservations, or have any other queries, I am here to help. Shopping can be done for your arrival on request at an additional service fee.

Being only 10 mins drive to the Eastern Bays or Auckland Hospital and 15 minutes from the CBD, makes the location one of the best in Auckland.

Also, Siso, Browns Eatery and Store and 4&20 artisian Bakery are all within very easy walking distance.
