Our Besser block California style home boasts multiple living areas. Inclusive of Bar Room with retro styling, 4 lounge/dining spaces~ 2 of which overlook the pool +3 bathrooms. Master suite +guest bathroom on the ground floor. Head upstairs to be greeted by Persian Doors & Moroccan lighting. 2nd floor offers 2 spacious queen bedrooms, double bunk room with 4 single beds & a 3rd bathroom with a luxurious tub. *2 single floor mattresses available on request*

▫️Our dining room features a very large Wood Fire Heater. All fire lighters & wood supplied.

▫️2 single floor mattresses + Linen available on request - giving you a total of 9 beds to accommodate Max 12 guests.

3 of the 4 Bedrooms feature built in robes and all bedrooms offer a split system and block out blinds. We also have a split system in each living area to ensure comfort all year round.

Both of the upstairs Queen Bedrooms have access to a balcony that overlooks the pool.

We have a Bar Room on the ground floor fitted with 2 bar fridges. This room features various seating options for 8 people and a cabinet fully stocked with wine glasses, beer glasses, whiskey tumblers, shot glasses and champagne flutes. *BYO alcohol*

We have a Smeg Toaster, Kettle and Coffee machine and a Dishwasher. Other appliances include a Convection Oven, NutriBullet, Pie Maker, Sandwich Maker and a Pizza oven.

We have a washer / dryer combo in the laundry for your convenience. Along with an iron.

Our home has one VERY LARGE 75 inch TV in the Lounge Room. Perfect for sports events and movie nights! You will have access to Netflix, Disney, Binge, Stan, Apple TV, Amazon Prime & Paramount+.

Enjoy cookbooks in the kitchen, varied fiction, history, art and travel books in the 2nd dining room bookshelf - & Cocktail recipe books in the Bar room.

We also have a cupboard full of card & board games for all ages.

Please note that we absolutely welcome families and have stocked our home accordingly with a changing table, baby bath, toys, kids books, a baby gate, bunks and a portacot.

However the stairs are a hazard and small children need to be supervised around them at all times.

Bendigo experiences a long and steady summer. (Very different weather to Melbourne.) Pack your swimmers for all stays between November and March. At the deepest point - the Pool is 2 metres deep. Pool Towels & Sunscreen provided.

Please note that all 3 access points and fencing to the pool area are Pool Safe.

▫️Children must be supervised at all times within the sectioned off Pool area

We love to cook & entertain! Our kitchen is very well stocked for a large household with everything that you require to cook and beautifully serve multi course meals for a large group. We also have plastic plates & bowls for the kids, and stemless plastic pool area wine glasses for the adults.

We understand that breakages happen. Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged so we can ensure that we replace it prior to the next guests arrival.

▫️Board Games & Pool Towels can be found in the far left built in cupboard in the 2nd dining area. (Overlooking the pool.)

▫️Cleaning products and dishwasher tablets can be found under the kitchen sink.

▫️Birthday candles, Garbage bags, foil, glad wrap and baking paper are kept in the cupboard under the microwave.

▫️Coffee Pods, sugar, tea bags, salt, pepper, olive oil and herbs can be found in the kitchen pantry.

▫️We have parking for 3 cars within the property. Being a very large corner block, we also have more than ample on street parking.
