Welcome to Lagoon Views – a much-loved holiday home set right on the water of the Coorong Quays Marina located on Victoria Parade, Hindmarsh Island. With four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two large living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Whether you’re gathering with family or travelling with friends, this home is the perfect spot for your next getaway.

Spend your days out on the private jetty, bring your own boat and go fishing or skiing, then fire up the BBQ on the balcony and soak in the views as the sun sets over the water. In the cooler months, the fire pit down by the lagoon becomes an ideal place to gather and unwind. Inside, there’s a ping pong table, x-box, multiple flat screens and board games to keep both kids and adults entertained, as well as plenty of space to relax and reconnect.

The property has a generous space overlooking the water that is fully fenced from the street and the water.

Just a short drive over the bridge takes you to the township of Goolwa, where you’ll find local restaurants, café’s, a supermarket, butcher, and the historic Cockle Train to Victor Harbor. There’s so much to explore nearby – beaches, wineries, walking trails, and the peaceful Coorong are all within easy reach. Don’t forget to head over to Barrage Road to visit the resident seals.



About the space

Upstairs, you'll find a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly out to the deck – the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and enjoy outdoor meals while soaking in stunning water views.

• Bedroom 1: King bed overlooks the water with private ensuite complete with rain shower.

Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms:

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed overlooking the water.

• Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed plus an additional single bed

• Bedroom 4: Two single beds overlooking the water

A second spacious living area downstairs overlooks the lagoon and garden, providing a quiet place to unwind or space for the kids to play.

*Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

*Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
