Very nice very comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and make sure that you’re comfortable. Awesome Cajun restaurant right on the property. Beach right across the street walking distance easily. Pools everywhere, but our view from the balcony was a nice pool. All I can say they are great people and took care of us. I may stay there again someday it was a great time. Everything is close by many good restaurants, water parks, all kinds of entertainment for children or adults. I highly recommend that.

Room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the water and fast walk to the beach. Always enjoy these condos at this location! I do wish deposits would be returned faster. It's been over a week since our stay and I have not received it back. Last time I think it took 3 weeks before it was back in my account.

Terrible-read the reviews

The condo was not cleaned. Old loud appliances, NO OCEAN VIEW! Dirty appliances, tiles broken, tube was dirty and had not been updated in at least 20 year, terrible mattress. If I could show photos I would upload them. I contacted the owner and was told the cleaner would come at 1145. The cleaner came and stripped the bedding and the covers from the couch and chair and didn't return until around 5 when we were in the middle of getting ready and no-one ever called or came back to clean or anything. Contacted the owner when we left and told her how disapointed I was and she said I could have a late checkout or stay for free two more nights which I couldn't do due to having to return home to work. She didn't offer any other type of compensation. Would never come back or recommend anyone to stay there!!

A pleasant vacation spot.

It was very nice with only a few things that were needed. The storm door would not lock. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The skillets were scratched and need replacing. We enjoyed staying there and it was very comfortable.

Get away

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the pools and the hot tubs were awesome. It was just a short walk to the beach. The security to the place was nice.

Needs for condo

1. Needs more lighting 2. Needs new mattress pads on beds 3. Needs a few more utensils in kitchen-spatula measuring cups 4. Need new broom 5. End table needs fixing 6. Need draining soap dish in tub. There was standing, dirty water in it when we arrived 7. Loose tile in entrance 8. Need garbage bags 9. Needs a good cleaning! From top to bottom! We have stayed in 3 different condos in Sandpiper Cove and this is the first one we have been disappointed with.

Great little place for 2 people, maybe 3!!

Property was perfect distance for a short walk to the beach, it is up stairs, so if you have issues with stairs, completely clean, pool was close, would stay again!!!

Perfectly Located!

We enjoyed our week here! This place is perfectly located to grab a water taxi in the evening for a quick and convenient jump to the best places - without the headache of parking and traffic (during the busy season)… and easy access to the private beach front for daytime fun! The place itself is just the right size and the residents are super-friendly and helpful with tips on all the best places around town.

Great Stay

The unit had everything we needed and the location is central to everything. The refrigerator made ice which we needed for the ice chest. The space was perfect for two adults. The amount of pillow, blankets, towels, hand towels and facial towels provided was perfect. It overlooked the pool. The controlled entry in to the property is appreciated. The walk across the street to the beach was easy and not far. The air condition was perfect. The full size bed forced my husband to sleep closer to me lol but not a bad thing. The ONLY thing I would recommend is a later check out time. We had a 10:00a.m check out. Other than that we highly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Poor Communication with property manager. Stay away …..

0 STAR. Very old appliances. We can’t sleep or stay in the condor because of the refrigerator is making very very loud noise. Oven door jammed and burnt all our foods. Bathtub is old and dirty. Beds are old and uncomfortable. I tried to contact owner/agent but can’t get hold of them. April emailed me 2 days later and asked me to turn down or turn off the refrigerator- are you kidding me. Wish I can upload video and picture here.

Not worth it imo

It shouldn’t be listed as sleeping 4 people it couldn’t sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. And if we fell asleep the outdated refrigerator was sure to wait us up. I think it’s just this room not the entire complex. Will not stay there again

Perfect Spot for a Getaway

My son and I visited for a boys’ weekend. The property manager was extremely prompt and gracious in sharing information and preparing us for our stay. The condo had everything we needed including dishwater, silverware, appliances, etc. Sandpiper Cove is amazing. We had access to several pools, water on the bayside and beachside, a par 3 golf course, and a wonderful restaurant on premises. The resort security team was extremely courteous and helpful. And, of course, the resort is in close proximity to everything Destin has to offer.

Sandpiper Studio

The unit is cute enough but my complaint would be the mattresses. The pull out couch sank in in the middle And was very very uncomfortable. I can usually sleep anywhere. And the Murphy bed was awfully hard and would sweat when my grandson turned. And I missed the word studio. Didn’t realize the Murphy bed was in a studio situation. I thought it was in a separate room guess that’s my fault. I only stayed there the first night and ended up going to my daughters apartment because I could not sleep there. And the refrigerator door is broken off. Some extra pillows would be nice.

Good communication

The owner was very nice with specific instructions. The area was great and just across the road from beach. The only negative was sleeping on a hard pull out couch. Overall great stay.

The door handle was broke on the fridge.. the bath tub was dirty and so was the bathroom... hair evo

The actual outside property was very well maintained... absolutely beautiful...everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable... it was easy to get the listing.. April was very nice, and quick to respond.
