This ground-floor retreat offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility—just minutes from Destin’s dining, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful, family-friendly setting. Situated directly across the street from the beach, the condo provides easy access to sugar-white sands along with the resort amenities that make Sandpiper Cove a favorite destination for relaxed coastal getaways.

The condo is situated on the ground floor and is located just across the street from the beach, offering all the amenities you’re looking for in a true dream vacation destination! This spacious 2-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, large closets, and a private bathroom with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, a Smart TV, and direct access to the back porch. This room also offers a large bathroom with a shower/tub combination, single vanity, and make-up desk.

The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, making it easy to gather and connect with your group. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and granite countertops—perfect for preparing home-cooked meals on nights you’d rather stay in. The dining area provides comfortable seating for 4 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently tucked just off the kitchen. Step out onto the covered back porch to relax and enjoy views of the pool (heated during colder months) and the putting green.

Sandpiper Cove Resort offers a wide variety of amenities designed for a stress-free escape. Guests enjoy access to 5 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 6 lighted tennis courts (4 converted to pickleball courts), and private beach access complete with a laid-back tiki hut for drinks. The resort also features a private Par-3 golf course available to guests at no additional charge, a boat ramp and marina, fine dining at Louisiana Lagniappe, Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill, and 24-hour security. Additional shared areas throughout the resort are perfect for grilling, picnicking, yard games, or simply relaxing in the coastal breeze. Discounted weekly golf cart rentals are available.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Sandpiper Cove offers 1,100 feet of private beach. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the resort’s beach service—please contact them directly for pricing and availability. During the summer months, enjoy lunch or drinks at Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill, located at the beach pavilion and offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

PARKING
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Trailers or vehicles with more than four wheels may be required to park off-site. It is the guest’s responsibility to verify current resort requirements. Please contact the resort directly for details.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests are required to show a valid ID at the resort security gate for entry. An email and text notification will be sent 7 days prior to arrival with a unique door code and detailed self check-in and check-out instructions.

PLEASE NOTE
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and the responsible party is required to stay for the entire reservation. Valid ID is required at the security gate for age verification. This is a resort requirement—NO exceptions and NO refunds.

Hook, Wine, and Linger is dog-friendly for one (1) dog up to 30 lbs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax, plus an additional $10 per pet fee collected on-site by Sandpiper Cove. Pets are not permitted on any beaches.
