The kitchen boasts handcrafted contemporary cabinets, a large island, and premium appliances, while floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame stunning views of Sun Canyon and the surrounding Park City mountain range.

Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own ensuite, boasting comfort and privacy. The main suite includes a spa-like bathroom with a steam shower and hydrotherapy tub. The ground floor features an additional media room, perfect for movie nights or a cozy retreat after a day of outdoor adventures. Constructed with sustainable materials like stacked stone, rustic timbers, and a combination of metal and grass roofs, this home blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings, offering a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

The Enclave at Sun Canyon provides access to over 60 acres of private trails, connecting to the Mid-Mountain trail system for year-round hiking, biking, or snowshoeing. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 2.
- There is one parking space in the driveway.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
