Good option in Canyons
Needed last minute reservation and this seemed to be best located and nicest for under $1k/pm. Had an issue w a major appliance and received a call back quickly and the property mgr made adequate accommodations so it was not a deal breaker. Home was immaculate and as described however furnishings, while clean, were a bit on the inexpensive side/mid range hotel, but understandable for a full-time rental. Washer dryer is a unified system (ie for an apt/dorm) and therefore small so made washing ski clothing a challenge (ie doing a lot more loads) but worked for us (fam of 3) for our short stay (4 nights). Neighborhood in Canyons was quiet and short walk to Canyons resort gondola. Have to drive to downtown PC or base of PC Resort and we didn't have a rental car. Getting an uber or Lyft was hit or miss during the week but plentiful on the weekends. Hot tub is outside, 1st floor, next to pedestrian sidewalk, in view of all the neighbors and steps from parking lot w no screen (prob an HOA rule against them) so I was not brave enough to venture to take a dip and show the community me in a bathing suit mid-winter. :) Checkout, clean-up was easy, minimal. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend it, and if we want to stay in Canyons area again we would consider renting here again and would definitely consider renting w this property mgmt co again who were very accommodating and communicative.
