Hello John, thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. It’s unfortunate that you felt like it only rated a six as it’s my goal to give our guests the very best experience. A As per the note that you left us when you checked out, Th The soaps we purchase for our suite are locally made here on the island and are all natural ingredients. The shampoo and body soap are both the same so you can use it on your hair or to wash your body. Our suite is on its own hot water system you just have to give it a minute to heat up, but we certainly have plenty of hot water. as it’s on its own gas unit. Thank you for the suggestion about the sports channel. We think it’s a great idea and we have now added it to our list of channels. All the best and we welcome you back in the future.
