Our inviting property has ducted air conditioning upstairs and a split system downstairs adding comfort and sophistication throughout the home, it is appointed with three spacious bedrooms each boasting elegant interiors. The tranquil private master suite offers a Queen size bed, walk-in robe, balcony and ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity, while two additional bedrooms feature built-in robes and TV’s (not smart). A bright and spacious main bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, vanity, and a separate powder room located downstairs to ensure practicality for everyday living.
The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a welcoming space for entertaining and relaxation, this area flows out to the small covered alfresco area. The modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials such as a family size fridge/ freezer, oven, and microwave is perfect for whipping up a seaside feast and caters to all your culinary needs.
