Two additional bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for families, including the fourth bedroom that can be configured with a queen bed for two adults or queen bunks for up to four children.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living and dining area filled with natural light. Cool in summer and with the warmth of a gas fireplace in winter. The fully equipped kitchen with double ovens provides generous space for preparing gourmet meals.
Large sliding doors create a seamless connection to the outdoor area. The sparkling swimming pool invites you to relax and unwind, while the BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining. Relax in the outdoor sofas to enjoy a morning coffee, retreat to the shade of the large umbrella, or enjoy sunbathing by the pool. PET FRIENDLY: a fully fenced garden/ grass area is ideal for one small pet, welcome by prior approval.
