Featuring a large fully equipped kitchen with counter/bar seating as well as a large dining room table. Central air, dishwasher, in suite washer/dryer, WIFI, fireplace. Master bedroom offers a queen bed plus on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with twin/double bunk beds and adjacent bathroom. Unit comes with a private boat slip, two secured underground parking spots, private patio with BBQ.
