Inside, the Studio space features a plush queen-sized bed, a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities—everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Begin your morning with a freshly prepared breakfast at Club Callala, just steps from your door, before taking a peaceful walk to the beach. If you’re lucky, you might catch sight of dolphins gliding through the early morning surf—one of the many natural delights that make this location special.

With the beach, bushland, and local dining all within easy reach, the Modern Queen Studio is ideal for a weekend retreat or a restful stop along your coastal journey—offering simplicity, style, and just the right touch of escape.

Nice place to stay for a weekend at the beach. Great access to the water, nice stroll over to Callala Bay for coffee (sad the one across the street wasn’t open when we were there). The chair in the room had a weird stain (hence the lower cleanliness score) and some mold spots on pillow case. Overall nice place, would choose again if in the area.

Sadly. When i pulled back the sheets there was a bright red blood stain on the bottom sheet. I imagine it was from the cleaners, however it was unpleasant to have to lie on it in bed. Everything else was great, many thanks

Shampoo container in shower was empty, we didn't see any soap, a kitchenette would have been nice, place was clean, bed was comfortable, air con was easy to operate.Front door rattled a bit in the strong wind.Location was good, area was quiet.We did not know there was a pool there, and we had no communication with host.Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The studio was clean and had a fresh feel upon arrival. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress, so was unable to have a good night's sleep and ended up having a sore back. We only received a payment confirmation email which had no address for where the studio was situated and went to the address on the receipt which turned out to be the rental office. Unfortunately, they weren’t particularly helpful and insisted the information had been sent, though we never received it. Additionally, we were only provided with one key, which was inconvenient for two people staying at the property. Would we stay again? No

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.

Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.

Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
